Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s divorce drama is getting even messier.
The Valley alum took to Instagram on Wednesday and accused his estranged wife of allegedly interfering with his work opportunities after she reportedly contacted a brand connected to an autism dads event he had reposted on social media.
According to Jax, he had shared information about an event for fathers of children with autism after connecting with another dad in the autism community.
“Yesterday, I reposted an event for fathers who have kids with autism,” Jax wrote.
He continued, “I connected with another father of an autistic child and wanted to support this event on my story. That was it.”
Jax and Brittany share 5-year-old son Cruz, who was diagnosed with autism in 2025. Because of that, Jax said the event was meaningful to him and something he simply wanted to support.
Jax then shared what appeared to be a message Brittany allegedly sent to Divergent Lifestyle Co., a brand created to support fathers of children with autism.
In the alleged message, Brittany wrote, “Hi, my ex-husband posted this event. I was wondering if you are sponsoring him or if he is officially involved in this event. If so, I’d like to share some information with you.”
Brittany added, “Can you please share a donation link with me because I would actually like to help.”
Jax fired back by accusing Brittany of repeatedly trying to interfere with his career and opportunities.
“This is just another example of her contacting every company, brand or opportunity I get, trying to sabotage my ability to work and move forward with my life,” Jax wrote.
He then claimed this has happened more than once.
“This keeps happening over and over again and I’ve already lost several jobs because of it,” he alleged.
Jax said he felt pushed into making the situation public.
“It honestly disgusts me that I feel like I have no other choice but to post this stuff publicly,” he wrote.
He continued, “I’m not asking her or anybody to forget the things I’ve done.”
Jax then brought up his sobriety, writing, “I’m 637 days sober and I work every single day to be a better person and father.”
The former Vanderpump Rules star said he is only trying to rebuild his life and support causes that matter to him.
“I’m just trying to work, support causes that mean a lot to me and just move forward with my life,” Jax wrote. “I don’t understand why that can’t be allowed to happen.”
This latest blowup comes as Jax and Brittany continue navigating their very public split.
The former couple separated in January 2024 after four years of marriage, and Brittany later filed for divorce in August 2024. Since then, their breakup has played out publicly, with both sides making claims about co-parenting, sobriety, dating and their ongoing divorce.
Jax has previously spoken about his struggles with substance abuse and has said he is now sober and focused on being a better father to Cruz.
