Kelly Dodd is facing serious legal trouble.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star has been accused of revenge porn after prosecutors claimed she allegedly shared sexually explicit footage of a woman without her consent.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, Kelly is accused of sharing footage of a woman engaging in sexual activities. Prosecutors also allege that Dodd recorded the footage without the woman’s consent.
The alleged victim is listed as Jane Doe in the court documents.
Prosecutors claim Dodd shared the images in August 2025, causing Jane Doe to suffer severe emotional distress. They also allege that Dodd contacted the woman and threatened her, her property and her family with injury.
Kelly is also facing a separate battery charge stemming from an alleged incident involving a different person in June 2025.
In total, the former Bravo star is facing three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time.
Kelly appeared on The Real Housewives of Orange County for five seasons from 2016 to 2021. During her time on the show, she became one of the franchise’s most polarizing cast members, known for her sharp tongue, explosive arguments and frequent off-camera controversies.
The 50-year-old has been married to former Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal since 2020. She was previously married to Michael Dodd, with whom she shares daughter Jolie, from 2006 to 2018. Before that, she was married to Scott Silva from 2001 to 2004.
The legal accusations come after Kelly recently faced backlash over a leaked voicemail from November 2025 involving her then 19-year-old daughter Jolie.
In the voicemail, which went viral, Kelly could be heard yelling at Jolie for allegedly blocking her. Dodd also threatened to release recordings she claimed she had of Jolie screaming at her father for not buying her a car or taking her on a vacation.
During the voicemail, Dodd also called her second husband a “loser” and accused her daughter of taking his side.
Dodd later admitted the voicemail was real but said it stemmed from an incident that had happened months earlier. She defended herself in a TikTok video, telling followers, “Just remember when you hear others popping off, spreading false information and damaging innuendo against me, consider the source and their agenda.”

As of now, Dodd has not publicly addressed the latest revenge porn and battery charges.
The allegations are serious, and Dodd has not been convicted. But with three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time on the table, the former RHOC star is facing one of the biggest legal scandals of her post-Bravo life.
