Kyle Richards is calling out Amanda Frances over the timing of her new book — and Amanda is responding.

During the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Kyle suggested that Amanda’s decision to go public with her book during Season 15 didn’t sit right with her.
According to Kyle, the timing felt calculated.
“That felt very opportunistic and that was off-putting,” she said.
Amanda, however, pushed back on that idea and explained that the book had been in the works long before filming.
“Next thing I know, I have four children and two toddlers, and I just kept putting it off,” she said.
She added that her team had been encouraging her to move forward with it for some time.
“My team would often say to me, ‘The world needs the book,’ or ‘People are ready for the book,’ or ‘Your audience is asking for the book,’ because my audience, my people, have known about this since I outlined it.”
Interestingly, Amanda admitted that the show itself — and her castmates — played a role in finally pushing her to finish it.
“Had the group not brought it up, it may have taken me longer. Maybe a couple more years,” she said.

Amanda also gave some insight into what readers can expect from the book.
“But it’s so good. It starts with me leaving the cult, driving down A1A, Beach Boulevard, running away, betraying everything, abandoning everything besides myself, and then we get to tell my story.”
She described it as deeply personal, but still aligned with her brand.
“It’s a relationship with God book. Like how my first book is a relationship with money book.”
