The drama between Real Housewives of Potomac stars Mia Thornton and Gizelle Bryant is far from over, and this week’s explosive revelations have left fans in shock. If you’ve been keeping up with the show, you know that the two have been clashing over personal matters, with Mia accusing Gizelle of pretending to be a “perfect” mother while allegedly allowing her daughters to act out behind the scenes.
However, according to The Jasmine Brand, what we saw on TV is just the tip of the iceberg. Apparently, Mia Thornton’s comments about Gizelle’s daughters were even more brutal — and they nearly didn’t make it to air.
The recent season of RHOP has seen plenty of drama, but it was the feud between Mia and Gizelle that really caught everyone’s attention. During a trip to the Dominican Republic, Mia accused Gizelle of hiding the wild behavior of her daughters — Grace, Adore, and Angel Bryant. According to Mia, the girls were “sneaking boys in the back of the house,” a claim Gizelle did not outright deny but rather defended by stating that it was a matter of private family affairs.
However, the exchange quickly escalated when Mia allegedly crossed a major line. While the aired footage focused on the accusation that Gizelle’s daughters were sneaking boys into their home, insider sources claim Mia took things much further by calling them “whores” multiple times during the confrontation. The insult was reportedly so harsh that production had to step in to decide whether or not to include it in the final edit.
Mia’s comments about Gizelle’s daughters were even more insulting than what was shown. She allegedly used the term “whores” repeatedly while filming the altercation, and it was only after both Mia and Gizelle intervened that production decided to cut those parts out. It seems that both stars were concerned about how the comments might be received, especially considering the personal nature of the insult and the potential fallout from involving their children in such a public dispute.
While the edited footage may have spared the women from further public scrutiny, the allegations themselves are not going away. Fans of the show have been quick to comment on the situation, with many feeling that Mia’s behavior crossed a line. On the other hand, some are questioning why Gizelle didn’t address her daughters’ behavior more directly, instead opting to defend herself in the heat of the moment.

I don’t care for Mia and her antics but the same goes for Gizelle . Now that it’s her kids involved it’s not ok but since season 1 she’s rumored , gossiped , lied even about every single person’s men, families, etc on the cast minus Robyn . Unreal . She tried to make Candiace’s hubby to appear as though he wanted to get her alone and what – screw her ? Leave Candiace for her ? Is she racist ? Michael and Chris really got it from her ass but her family is off limits ? By the way I cannot stand Michael Darby but The Giz attacks over the years – I can’t with her

ho'stripper herself? But regardless, two 18 yr. olds and a 20 yr. old are no longer "children", but calling them whores is not cool, and I'm guessing probably cost Mia her job.
