While speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the Real Housewives of Potomac star opened up about where things stand with Gizelle after their ongoing tension on the show. Stacey admitted that the two women have reached a more peaceful place, but only because they have accepted the reality of their relationship.

“The good news is that Gizelle and I have come to a great place,” Stacey said. “And we both know we just don’t care for each other.”

Stacey explained that she is fine co-existing with Gizelle, but she does not believe a friendship between them makes sense.

When asked what the issue is and why they do not connect, Stacey said it comes down to who they are as people and how differently they view friendship.

“I think that Gizelle and I have come to a point where we accept each other for who we are and realize we are very different and our definition of friendship is different,” Stacey explained.

Then Stacey made it clear she believes the disconnect is also about character.

“And I’m like a good person and she is just a mean girl,” Stacey said. “Unnecessarily so, so it’s no surprise we don’t get along.”

Stacey’s comments come after a season of tension between the two, with Gizelle questioning Stacey and their personalities clashing within the group. While Stacey has tried to present herself as more calm and intentional, Gizelle has never been afraid to poke, push or say exactly what she thinks.
