During an appearance on Legally Goff, Caroline reflected on the incident involving Brandi that led to Peacock shelving the season and later became the center of ongoing litigation.

While discussing the possibility of the season eventually airing, Caroline admitted her concern is not about public opinion as much as what it would do to her mentally.

Caroline said she does not know if she could “handle that mentally,” despite describing herself as “tough.”

When asked if she has spoken to Brandi since everything happened, Caroline said no. However, she made it clear she does not hate Brandi.

“No. And the craziest thing is I have no malice towards Brandi. I really don’t. I like Brandi. Brandi’s broken. I would like to fix Brandi. That would make me happy.”

Caroline was then asked if she is fearful that the season could air once the litigation is over.

“The only thing that I’m fearful of is what it will do to me mentally,” Caroline said. “I’m not afraid of anything. I fear for my… Because it never goes away.”

Caroline explained that part of her fear is knowing that if the footage airs, it will exist forever.

“My grandson, who’s two weeks old today, will find that footage somewhere,” Caroline said, referring to the unaired season. “It will never go away. And I don’t know that I have the capacity to mentally deal with that for the rest of my life. I deal with it now, and nobody’s seen it. Can you imagine if it’s out there and I have to deal with all the opinions and everything?”

Caroline also spoke about why she thinks Brandi acted the way she did, but admitted she still does not fully understand it.

“I don’t know. I don’t know. We had an argument the day before,” Caroline said.

She also revealed that she has not watched much of the footage herself.

“I have not seen a lot of the footage. My lawyer has. I can’t watch it. The one time I did watch a few minutes, I was not right for months.”

Caroline said even hearing certain names or voices connected to the situation can bring her back to a dark place.

“Even to hear their names, their voices, I can’t listen to it,” she said. “I see one of them and immediately will go into a very bad headspace.”

The unaired Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season, which was filmed in Morocco, has remained one of Bravo’s most talked-about shelved projects.

The cast included Caroline, Brandi, Vicki Gunvalson, Gretchen Rossi, Camille Grammer, Phaedra Parks, Eva Marcille and Alex McCord. However, the season never aired after allegations surfaced involving Brandi and Caroline during filming.

Brandi has repeatedly denied wrongdoing and has also spoken publicly about the impact the situation has had on her life and career.
