NeNe Leakes may be back in the Bravo conversation, but according to a new report, no peaches have been handed out just yet.
TMZ is shutting down reports that NeNe and other Real Housewives of Atlanta stars have already received offers for Season 18.
According to sources with direct knowledge who spoke with TMZ, no contracts have gone out to any RHOA cast members, and no one has been formally told whether they are returning or being let go.
The clarification comes after a report claimed Bravo was trying to bring NeNe back to RHOA, while also claiming that Shamea Morton had been passed over and Kelli Ferrell had been asked back.
However, TMZ reports that those claims are “not true.”
Sources told the outlet that Bravo has not made any final casting decisions for the upcoming season. Contracts are not expected to be sent out until after the current season concludes.
The rumors about NeNe possibly reclaiming her peach started gaining momentum after she was announced as part of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.
The special marks NeNe’s major return to the Bravo universe after several years away, immediately sparking fan speculation that her RHOA comeback could be next.
NeNe last appeared as a full-time cast member on The Real Housewives of Atlanta during Season 12.
Her relationship with Bravo later became complicated after she sued Bravo and Andy Cohen in 2022, alleging that the network fostered a hostile and racist work environment. NeNe later dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice months later.
Because of that history, fans were shocked when Bravo announced NeNe would be part of Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.
For now, no RHOA Season 18 contracts have been sent out, no cast decisions have been finalized, and despite all the fan excitement, NeNe has not officially been offered a peach.
Still, with NeNe back in the Bravo mix, the speculation around her possible RHOA return is clearly not going away anytime soon.
