Angie Katsanevas and Shawn Trujillo have reportedly separated after nearly three decades of marriage.
According to Page Six, multiple sources revealed that The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and her longtime husband are no longer together romantically.
Angie and Shawn married in June 1999 and share their 15-year-old daughter, Elektra. The couple also built a business together, co-founding Lunatic Fringe Salon the same year they tied the knot.
The news comes after fans noticed Angie did not post anything on Instagram last month to mark their 27th wedding anniversary.
That was a change from the year before, when Angie celebrated their 26th anniversary with a sweet tribute to Shawn.
On June 13, 2025, Angie wrote, “A Hair Affair🤍🤍🤍 #26YEARS. Seems like yesterday I booked an appointment for a blowdry with this dreamy guy I saw on the cover of a romance novel in the grocery store checkout. Long hair like Fabio, big muscles, and known to be lethal with scissors. The rest is HAIRstory❤️.”
Angie and Shawn’s marriage has been part of her RHOSLC storyline, with viewers seeing their family life, their bond with daughter Elektra and their history as both romantic and business partners.
Their relationship has also faced public scrutiny on the show, especially as rumors and comments about Shawn became a storyline in past seasons. Through it all, Angie publicly stood by her husband and defended their marriage.
It is unclear whether Angie and Shawn’s reported separation will be addressed on RHOSLC Season 7.
The upcoming season began filming in late February and wrapped production in late May, meaning any marital issues may or may not have been captured by Bravo cameras.
As of now, Angie has not publicly addressed the separation report.
If the news is true, it marks a major personal shift for Angie after 27 years of marriage, one daughter and a business empire built alongside Shawn.
