Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley has filed for divorce from her husband, Marcellus Wiley, following his recent domestic violence arrest.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Annemarie is also requesting a restraining order against the former NFL player, asking the court to order Marcellus to stay 100 yards away from her. She is also asking to have exclusive use of their Los Angeles home.
The filing comes after Marcellus was arrested over the weekend following an alleged incident in a Florida hotel room. Annemarie claimed Marcellus got physical with her, while Marcellus denied the allegations. He was ultimately arrested for domestic violence.
In her declaration, She accused Marcellus of what she described as a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.”
She continued, “Because of the trauma associated with many of these events, there are gaps in my memory, as I have blocked out much of what Marcellus has done to me.”
Annemarie alleged that Marcellus raped her in 2012 while he was intoxicated and claimed he tried to sleep with two of her friends that same year.
She also alleged that in 2014, Marcellus punched her in the face and gave her a black eye.
According to the filing, she claimed another incident happened in 2019 when she was nine months pregnant. She alleged Marcellus threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head.
Annemarie also claimed Marcellus struck her in the face with his shoes in August 2025.
In January 2026, Annemarie alleged Marcellus dragged her out of bed, berated her and hit her on the head. She also claimed that he then raped her, allegedly telling her that she was his property and had to do what he said.
Annemarie claimed Marcellus raped her a second time that same day and again two days later.
In addition to the abuse allegations, Annemarie also accused Marcellus of financial issues. She claimed he borrowed $100,000 from her and has not paid her back, while also allegedly running up her credit card bill to $100,000.
Annemarie said she fears for her life and is asking the court to grant the restraining order.
Along with the request for protection, Annemarie filed for divorce and is seeking custody of their three children. She listed their date of marriage as February 7, 2024, and the date of separation as “TBD.”
She is also asking for spousal support.
Annemarie appeared on Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before exiting the series after one season. Marcellus, a retired NFL player and sports broadcaster, appeared alongside her during her time on the show.
As of now, Marcellus has denied the domestic violence claims related to the Florida hotel incident. The divorce, restraining order request and criminal case are ongoing.
