Bozoma Saint John is not holding back when it comes to her issues with Amanda Frances.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star appeared on Juicy Scoop With Heather McDonald, where she opened up about what really bothered her when it came to Amanda turning what Boz viewed as a simple misunderstanding about her business into something much bigger.
According to Boz, the problem was not that Amanda misunderstood what she did for work. It was that Amanda later used that misunderstanding as a way to compare them and make it sound like Boz was jealous of her success.
Boz explained, “That’s what rubbed me the wrong way. I was just like, wait, hold on, you took something I said, then she turned, after we’re done filming, she just turned it into like this negative dig. To be like, I’m jealous of her because I’m losing business on my online courses, and she’s a millionaire. And I was like, wait, wait, wait, hold on. Why would you say that? It’s like, you know that we don’t do the same thing.”
Boz made it clear that while online courses may be part of what she does, they are not the foundation of her career. She said the issue was Amanda acting as though the two women were operating in the same lane.
Boz then joked that having a course is not exactly rare these days.
“Everybody got a god*amn course,” Boz said, adding that just because someone has one does not mean it is “the center of what they do.”
She continued, “And it is the center of what she does, and so I understand why that’s her whole world. But for me, it is not.”
Boz’s comments come after tension between her and Amanda played out among the RHOBH women, with business, success, jealousy, and online branding all becoming part of the conversation.
Things took another turn when Heather McDonald questioned why Amanda’s husband had not used her manifestation methods to bring in more money. Boz agreed that it was a fair question.
“It’s like, why hasn’t he manifested more money?” Boz asked. “That’s a very, that is actually a fascinating question.”
Boz also weighed in on Kyle Richards and the ongoing criticism that Kyle has not been open enough about her personal life, specifically when it comes to the speculation surrounding her rumored relationship with Morgan Wade.
While some fans have accused Kyle of holding back, Boz pushed back on that argument and said viewers need to consider how much Kyle has already given to the show over the years.
Boz said people have to “be careful” when deciding whether someone is sharing enough because Kyle has more than earned her place after being on RHOBH for so long.
“And so I don’t agree when people say, like, ‘Oh, Kyle isn’t sharing enough. I’m like, ‘That girl’s been on the show for fifteen f*cking years, okay?’”
She continued, “She’s shared enough of her life. If she decides that she doesn’t want to share this particular part, okay, she’s going to do something else.”
Boz also gave some insight into where she stands with Kyle now, explaining that she has come to understand Kyle’s guarded nature more than she did at first.
“I think Kyle is for sure somebody who needs to get to know you,” Boz said. “I think she’s been around the business a long time, she’s been around a lot of different types of people a long time. She needs to build trust first. You know? And I’m now okay with that, right? Where I didn’t understand that in the beginning. And so we’re in a very different place in our friendship.”
Boz makes it clear she is not backing down from Amanda, especially when it comes to how her business was portrayed. But when it comes to Kyle, Boz seems to be giving her grace, arguing that after 15 years on reality TV, Kyle has already shared more than enough.
