Teddi Mellencamp is sharing how Jesse Lally reacted after his ex-wife Michelle Saniei was spotted spending time with Dr. Dre.
During a recent episode of the “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast, Teddi revealed that she immediately reached out to Jesse after seeing headlines about Michelle and the music mogul.
“You realize I couldn’t help myself, but text Jesse?” she said. “[I wrote], ‘Dr. Dre?’”
According to Teddi, Jesse’s response was quick and pointed.
“I was wondering why Isabella got a new pair of Beats.”
Jesse and Michelle were married from 2018 to 2023 and share a daughter together. While both have moved on since their split, Michelle recently sparked headlines after she was seen out with Dr. Dre, including being photographed leaving Nobu Malibu together and holding hands.
Neither Michelle nor Dre have publicly confirmed the nature of their relationship.
The reported connection has also caught people in their circle off guard. According to sources, many of Michelle’s castmates were unaware of any link between her and Dre, with some describing the reaction as surprise and confusion.
Because The Valley is not currently filming, the situation is unfolding off camera, leaving fans and cast members alike piecing things together in real time.
As for Jesse, his response suggests he’s taking it in stride, with a bit of humor.
