According to court filings, Jill’s pickleball company, Pickle Pro Labs, is at the center of a dispute with investor Noah Springer, who claims he put $500,000 into the business when it launched in 2023.

In the lawsuit, filed in Palm Beach County, Springer alleges that his investment was used to develop a product known as the “Go No Go” machine, a device designed to regulate paddle performance in pickleball tournaments, but claims he was later cut out of any profits connected to it.

Springer further alleges that Jill created a separate company in May 2025 called GNG Enterprises FL, LLC, which he claims has been used to manufacture, market, and sell the machine without involving Pickle Pro Labs or informing its members.

He also accuses the business of using company funds for personal expenses, including approximately $700 per month in health insurance premiums.

Jill, however, is pushing back on the claims and doesn’t seem concerned about the outcome.

“The beauty in America is you can sue anyone for anything,” she said in response to Page Six. “I have a proven track record of winning all my lawsuits and I have no doubt when the true facts of the case comes out that this will be no different.”

The “Go No Go” machine itself has reportedly gained attention in the pickleball world for offering a more affordable way to test equipment in amateur tournaments — something that could make it a valuable asset in the growing sport.

As the case moves forward, the dispute highlights how quickly a business partnership — even between friends — can unravel, especially when money and ownership are involved.
