Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have officially reached a divorce settlement after months of legal back-and-forth.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple informed the court on March 11 that they had reached a full and final agreement to resolve their divorce.
The settlement reportedly includes arrangements for child support as well as a parenting plan for their two children. The court has now ordered the pair to submit their finalized paperwork by next week.
Burruss first announced her split from Todd in November 2025 after 10 years of marriage.

Since then, their divorce proceedings had become increasingly contentious, particularly when it came to custody of their children.
Initially, Burruss requested joint custody. However, she later changed her filing to seek sole custody after Todd reportedly asked the court for primary custody.
Todd claimed in court filings that Kandi had been spending significant time working in New York while he remained in Georgia caring for the children.
Kandi disputed that claim, pushing back on the idea that Todd had been their primary caregiver.
The legal filings also revealed tension surrounding their living situation following the split.
Kandi accused Todd of living rent-free in her guest house after their separation.
Todd, however, argued that he was only staying in the backhouse because Kandi had kicked him out of the main home they previously shared.
In addition to seeking primary custody at one point, Todd also requested financial support from Kandi in his original divorce petition.
While the details of their final agreement have not yet been made public, the latest filing indicates the two have now reached a resolution after months of disputes.
