Joe Giudice is entering the food business, and this time, it’s all about cookies.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 53, announced on Instagram on Wednesday that he’s launching a new company called Nonna’s Organic Almond Cookies, sharing a photo of a freshly baked batch and teasing what’s to come.
“Introducing Nonna’s Organic Almond Cookies … Simple ingredients. Authentic flavor. Coming soon. Stay tuned,” Joe wrote in the January 7 post.
The launch marks a return to familiar territory for Joe, who has long leaned into his Italian roots and love of traditional cooking. During his years on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe was frequently shown cooking for his family, making homemade meals, grilling, and embracing old-school Italian food traditions — often referencing recipes passed down through generations.
Even after his legal troubles, deportation to Italy, and eventual move to the Bahamas, Joe has continued to share cooking videos and food-focused content on social media, positioning himself as someone rooted in simple, traditional flavors rather than trends.
The cookie announcement also puts Joe in familiar company within the Giudice-Gorga family orbit.
Joe isn’t the only one associated with cookies — his former sister-in-law Melissa Gorga has long been tied to sprinkle cookies, which became a surprisingly heated topic on RHONJ over the years. The cookies were often discussed in the context of family gatherings, old-school Italian traditions, and disagreements over what belonged on the dessert table — with sprinkle cookies becoming a symbol of deeper family divides.
While Melissa never formally launched a cookie brand, the sprinkle cookies became a recurring pop-culture reference among fans of the show, cementing their place in RHONJ lore.
Joe, meanwhile, appears to be taking a more formal approach with Nonna’s Organic Almond Cookies, leaning into branding, clean ingredients, and nostalgia. The name itself nods to tradition, family, and the idea of recipes being passed down — something Joe has consistently highlighted when talking about food.
The timing of the launch hasn’t gone unnoticed by Bravo fans, many of whom are quick to point out that food businesses have become a recurring theme among Housewives and their families. From cookbooks to packaged foods, the franchise has seen countless attempts to turn on-screen moments into real-world brands.
Joe has not yet shared a release date, pricing, or where the cookies will be sold, but his post made it clear the launch is imminent.
Neither Teresa Giudice nor Melissa has publicly commented on Joe’s new venture.
