In the unpredictable world of reality TV, it’s rare to see a love story come full circle—but for Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola, the door to reconciliation may not be completely closed.
At the Season 7 premiere afterparty of RHOM, Alexia shared a surprising confession about her ex-husband Todd Nepola. Despite their divorce being finalized just three months ago, the Bravolebrity made it clear she hasn’t ruled out a second walk down the aisle—with one very specific condition.
“Only to Todd,” Alexia told Page Six emphatically. “I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else.”
Still, if the two were to rekindle their romance, Alexia insists it would happen far from the Bravo cameras. “I would definitely not do it on TV,” she said. “I feel like that’s such a special moment between the bride and the groom… filming takes away [from] everything.”
Her hesitation stems from regret. Reflecting on their 2021 wedding in St. Barts, she admitted that broadcasting the ceremony was a misstep. “Looking back, I knew it was something he didn’t want, and he didn’t feel comfortable with,” she revealed. “I do regret it.”
That private ceremony at Eden Rock, where it was “just him and I,” was a beautiful moment for her—one she’d like to honor again. “I would definitely love to renew my vows one day with him,” she added with a laugh. “But I’m definitely not getting married to anyone else. That’s for sure!”
The couple’s divorce was finalized in March 2025, after Todd filed in April 2024 citing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.” At the time, Alexia took to social media to share her heartbreak: “I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage,” she wrote. “I’m praying for better times ahead.”
Despite the legal split, the two sparked reconciliation rumors just a month later when they were spotted showing PDA in Miami Beach. Their complicated relationship has been tested, in part, by Alexia’s commitment to The Real Housewives of Miami—a source of tension she’s been candid about.
While the future remains uncertain, one thing is clear: Alexia Nepola’s heart still holds a special place for Todd. Whether or not their story gets a sequel, it won’t be one scripted by reality TV.
