Last week Bravo confirmed that the show would return with all new cast members. The season will still feature former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump and “a close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors.”

During an of his SiriusXM show Andy Cohen Live, Andy, spoke out for the first about Bravo revamping Vanderpump Rules saying, “Bravo announced, or word got out, that they are revamping the show and I have to say, this is, first of all, the absolute right thing to do. I am so impressed with how production kept the show going over the last, I’m gonna say four years, when slowly but surely none of them were working at SUR.

The 54 year old Watch What Happens Live host added, “The entire point of the show morphed and changed as it went on, and it wound up that James Kennedy was the only one with any kind of footprint at SUR, because he was DJ-ing there occasionally and now he’s gone on and he’s got a residency in Vegas and he’s having great success and they’re all having good success outside of SUR.”

Andy also touched on the season finale last year saying, “If you look at the last episode of last season, it really did, watch the last ten minutes or five minutes, it felt like an absolute series finale. So, congratulations.”

It is unclear if anyone has been cast for season 12 or when Bravo plans to film.

No Andy, you are wrong. Revamping the show was not the right thing to do. The right thing would have been to cancel completely.

Good riddance ... couldn't have happened to a more unlikeable bunch of fame ho's.

I Agree, I think the show will be ok, back to basics, I am sad but excited for what's to come. But the Idea that Bravo could not afford what the cast was asking was BS, VPR still was one of the highest rated next to BH and had a much better Demo.
