RHOC: David Beador and Wife Lesley Tease Possible Reconciliation

David Beador and his wife, Lesley Beador, may have had a change of heart about divorcing as the two recently reunited for a family vacation.

On Tuesday, Lesley Beador shared a photo of her and David Beador at Yellowstone on Instagram.

“Look who I bumped into at Yellowstone. My husband!” Lesley wrote alongside the photo.

This photo left many Real Housewives of Orange County fans scratching their heads about what this means for David and Lesley’s ongoing divorce.

In June, David Beador filed for divorce from Lesley for the second time in less than a year.

David re-filed for divorce from Lesley at the end of May. David Beador lists May 23 as his and Lesley’s date of separation and cites ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause for the split.

This is the second time that David has filed for divorce from Lesley. Back in September of 2022, David initially filed for divorce from Lesley after only 23 months of marriage. At the time, he cited irreconcilable differences as the reasoning behind the split, per TMZ. A month later, David asked for the divorce petition to be dismissed.

In his 2023 divorce filing, David Beador requested that the court terminate their ability to award Lesley spousal support – citing the prenuptial agreement he and Lesley have in place. In addition, David is seeking legal and physical custody of his and Lesley’s 2-year-old daughter, Anna Love, with Lesley only getting visitation rights.

The Orange County businessman also wants Lesley out of the marital home that he owns in Laguna Beach.

In July, David Beador asked a judge to force Lesley to move out of his $15 million Orange County home as she promised.

However, Lesley asked the court to give her until September to get her affairs in order amid the divorce.

Court documents also reveal that Lesley is requesting $32k per month in support and $10k in moving costs.

Per the prenuptial agreement, Lesley is entitled to $10k monthly in support. David also said he paid Lesley $40k in advance in order to help her find a new place to live.

He now claims that Lesley is demanding additional provisions and time before she will exit the property in Laguna Beach.

David Beador notes that he even offered Lesley an additional $103k in return for her returning the 2023 Mercedes G-Wagon she’s been driving. To date, Lesley has yet to take the offer.

In conclusion, David accused Lesley of “[holding] the threat of public humiliation” as a “means to extract more money” from him.
