Kyle Richards is seven months sober and plans on remaining that way for the foreseeable future.
The longtime Bravoleb hasn’t touched alcohol for the past seven months amid her fitness and health journey that has transformed her body.
“Thank for sharing your fitness and food regimen! I heard you stopped drinking alcohol too? Do you think you’ll drink again? Do you miss it?” a fan asked Kyle on Instagram, according to a screenshot from Best of Bravo.
“Truth is I don’t miss it at all. I didn’t put a time frame on when or if I would start again. I feel amazing so don’t see the point right now. It will be [seven] months on [February 15],” Kyle replied.
Production for season 13 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills this week which means Kyle will be attending lots of parties, events, dinners, and trips that all involve drinking. The Beverly Hills Housewives love their margaritas.
However, Kyle reveals that she has no plans to drink during filming for season 13.
“Will you not drink when you are filming again?” another fan asked on Instagram.
“I don’t plan on it,” the mom of four admitted. “With that said, some of these women have been known to drive someone to drink.”
Amid Kyle’s body transformation there has been a lot of speculation that she used the diabetes/weight loss drug Ozempic to lose weight. Kyle has denied the claims and insists her results are from hard work and eating healthy. The Bravo star says she works out two hours each morning and eats super clean after cutting out most carbs and all sugar.
The RHOBH star’s hubby, Mauricio Umansky, teased Kyle’s transformation back in December and said that fans will see a “better, sexier” version of Kyle for season 13.
“She’s in her happy place, doing a lot of walking, getting herself into shape, I’ll tell you when you guys see her, you’ve never seen a better, sexier Kyle than on the next season,” the Buying Beverly Hills star revealed on the “Reality with the King” podcast, hosted by Carlos King. “I mean, she’s just got herself – she’s just been working out every single day, she’s in such good shape, and mentally, she’s getting a lot better.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to return for season 13 in 2023.
