Jim Edmonds and Ex-Wife Meghan King may no longer be on reality TV, but there is still plenty of drama in their lives.
The former MLB star is accusing his ex-wife of leaving their three kids with a nanny instead of him while she attended a “narcissism retreat” over the weekend.
On his Instagram Stories on Thursday, Jim wrote, “Sad when your ex tells the kids you don’t want to see them when you’re busy then doesn’t let you see them when you’re out of town. Unknown…”
A rep for Jim then told Page Six that instead of allowing their kids, Aspen, 5, and twins Hart and Hayes, 4, to spend the weekend with Jim, the Real Housewives of Orange County alum hired a nanny to watch the kids while she attended a retreat.
“Jim thinks it’s really sad the kids are being left with a nanny instead of their father, who changed his Super Bowl plans so he could be with them. Hopefully, Meghan enjoys her narcissism retreat,” Jim’s rep said in a statement.
A source adds that Jim had plans to go to Las Vegas for Super Bowl weekend but changed his plans when he found out Meghan was leaving their kids with a nanny for the weekend.
“At the last minute, Meghan decides she would rather leave the kids with the nanny, so Jim is left with no Super Bowl plans and no kids,” the insider said.
Meanwhile, Meghan has been documenting her time at Gaia Haven Wellness in Sedona, Arizona, since arriving on Wednesday.
Meghan has yet to respond to Jim’s claims. Stay tuned for more on this developing story.

From the first moment she hit the screen, I couldn’t stand her. I think she is conniving. I don’t know about him and we weren’t privy to much of him, so I cannot hold an opinion, but that whole think reeked from the start. She knew what she got into and had her own play book.
Oh no! Not cancelled SUPERBOWL plans! ? That being said, yeah, unless there is a specific and very legitimate reason to do otherwise, those kids should be with their father instead of the nanny. And while these two very much deserve each other, those kids deserve NONE of their parents’ f*ckery. ?
First off….Did Jim even communicate to her that he would take the kids for the weekend? Secondly….this argument comes from a man who didn’t even care to be there when the kids were conceived. Just sounds like something to publicly gripe about.
If he didn’t care to be there when conceived, then that speaks volumes of her wants.
A “ Wellness Retreat” for what? She
doesn’t work. Mom life is so hard when she has all that help. The poor thing.
Can these two get of SM and handle their business? Man these two are a match made in heaven with their love for drama and public affirmation. Get to the business of raising your children in private! Those babies do NOT need to have you airing all this dirty laundry slamming each other. I can only image how these children will grow up and think about their parents and their families.
