Erika Jayne is breaking her silence on her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, being indicted on eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of criminal contempt of court.
On Wednesday, paparazzi caught up with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star at the Burbank Town Center in California, where they asked her about Tom’s latest legal woes.
“You know, I have something to say, but not right now,” she said, according to the Daily Mail. “You’ll hear from me soon.”
When asked by the paparazzi if she was concerned about “her situation,” Erika replied, “No.”
Tom Girardi is facing eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of criminal contempt of court.
