Jen Shah will be dealing with the aftermath of her crimes for years after her prison sentence ends.
According to a new report from Page Six, the former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star must enter a mental health treatment program after she finishes serving her six-and-a-half-year prison sentence.
On top of that, Jen will be under supervised release for five years once she’s no longer behind bars. This is will Jen will also have to participate in said mental health program.
Court documents obtained by TMZ state that Jen is required to continue taking her prescription medication when she exits prison unless otherwise told by her doctor.
Jen won’t have the final say in the mental health program she is assigned to. Jen’s probation officer must approve the program. The former reality TV star will also have to undergo drug testing 15 days following her release from prison. She will also have to endure “at least” two other drug tests in the five years following her release. Those test dates will be determined by the court.
As for Jen’s restitution, Jen will have to get a job and make installments of 15% of her gross income.
Jen must surrender to the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Texas on February 17.
