Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are one step closer to putting their marriage behind them.
The Vanderpump Rules stars settled their divorce case, which was uncontested, last week but waited until Monday to officially file the paperwork.
According to Page Six, Katie requested the court waive spousal support “forever” for both her and Tom.
The two also came to an agreement to split their joint assets. Back in July, the couple sold their Valley Villiage home for $2.45 million.
Now all Tom and Katie need is for a judge to sign off on their divorce, and it will be official.
Katie filed for divorce in March, a month after the pair publicly announced their split. Tom and Katie began dating in September 2010 and tied the knot in August 2016.
Vanderpump Rules is set to return for season 10 in late 2022 or early 2023.
