Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky recently listed their Aspen home for $9.75 million.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has called Aspen her happy place which is why Bravo fans are scratching their heads over Kyle and Mauricio’s decision to sell their home there.
Some fans have theorized that Kyle decided to sell her home in Aspen after the drama that went down there while filming season 12 of RHOBH.
In recent months Kyle noted that “Aspen will never be the same” after the drama that went down there between the RHOBH cast.

Despite the drama that occurred at Kyle’s home in Aspen, the RHOBH OG denies that is why she and Mauricio put the home on the market.
“While there was drama that is NOT why we are selling our home that we LOVE so much,” Kyle shared on her Instagram Stories.
She continued, “Our family is growing & we simply need more space. Never leaving Aspen. This home is so special to me.”
