Kyle Richards Slams ‘Dramatic’ Crystal Minkoff During Argument Over Feelings

Apparently, you can be “too dramatic” even in Beverly Hills.

On Wednesday’s episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards slammed Crystal Minkoff for being “too dramatic” after an argument over feelings ensued between the ladies.

“Crystal, you’re being too dramatic about this,” Kyle told Crystal during a cast trip to Palm Springs, California. “Each situation is different.”

“I never said we have the same situation. I’m triggered by what’s happening right now. That’s all,” Crystal fired back.

After Kyle called out Sutton Stracke for not being “empathetic” to Dorit Kemsley following her home invasion, the fight started. Crystal called out the perceived “hypocrisy” and said she didn’t like Kyle telling Sutton how she should feel or react.

“It’s really inappropriate to tell someone they feel wrong,” Crystal said in her confessional. “To me, that is ultimate gaslighting, and that makes me distrusting in a friendship.”

Crytal then told the RHOBH OG that she invalidated her feelings following an argument with Sutton during season 11. The then RHOBH newbie said she felt “violated” after Sutton walked into her room unannounced while she was changing. At the time, Kyle told Crystal she overreacted by saying she felt “violated” by the incident.

Cyrstal said the group overlooked how her eating disorder struggles played a role in her fear of someone seeing her naked.

“You guys will never validate someone’s feelings unless you can understand it. That’s the truth. I’ve expressed so much about my history and my pain to tell you guys how I feel, and you guys don’t listen, and you don’t care. And it’s fine. I don’t need that, honestly,” she told the ladies, excluding her good friends Sutton, Garcelle Beauvais, and RHOBH newbie Diana Jenkins.

She then announced she was leaving Kyle’s house because it didn’t feel like a safe space.

“This is not OK for me. It’s not a good place for me. I really don’t want to be here, honestly. I never thought this was going to happen tonight, never. It’s too dramatic, and I don’t like it,” she continued. “But I really can’t be here.”

Kyle tried to convince Crystal to stay, saying, “Your feelings are not not validated.” However, Crystal wasn’t swayed, and she left with Sutton and Diana in tow.

“I had an eating disorder, and then it’s like it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter how Crystal feels. I never look for people to validate me,” Crystal told Sutton and Diana in the car. “I don’t care in general but to have a gang of people you can’t feel that way is very intense. I’m in my feelings.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm on Bravo.
