Erika Jayne is drawing a line in the sand.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star warned fans to stop threatening her amid her ongoing legal woes.
The drama all started on AllAboutTRH‘s Instagram page. On Friday, we posted about how Erika allegedly spent the $25 million given to her company, EJ Global, by her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s law firm.
“REVEALED: RHOBH’s Erika Jayne spent $25M from estranged husband’s law firm on her glam squad, PR firms, a dance agency, and 14m in Amex purchases,” AllAboutTRH‘s post read.
One fan commented on the post and threatened Erika in a major way, which isn’t cool at all.
“@theprettymess needs to be executed,” the fan wrote.
Erika caught wind of the comment and called out the fan in a post on her Instagram page.
“Trying to kill me now? Stop threatening my life,” Erika captioned the post. She later shared more threats she’s received from fans.
“More threats…” she wrote.

Erika’s publicist, Jack Ketso, came to her defense, commenting, “They got [no] balls to say that to your face ugly haters hiding behind computers.”
He also told the commenter in question that “karma will get you” along with several middle finger emojis.
