Pay up!
Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim Bellino finally coughed up the money he owed Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador.
According to Radar Online, Jim paid Shannon the $137,000 he owed her after she placed a lien on Jim’s $4 million San Juan Capistrano mansion.
She later released the lien, which means Jim paid the debt in full.
In February 2020, Shannon placed the lien on Jim’s property to ensure he didn’t sell the property without her collecting the money owed to her.
The $137,o00 was awarded to Shannon as part of a lawsuit Jim brought against Shannon and former RHOC star Tamra Judge.
As we have previously reported, Tamra and Shannon Beador were sued by Jim in the summer of 2018 for over $1 million after they made some questionable comments about him while appearing on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast. The OC Housewives dished on the bevy of lawsuits against Jim and his trampoline business, as well as his “scam” divorce from Alexis.
At the time, Jim claimed that Shannon and Tamra were guilty of defamation due to their statements about him which included claims his trampoline park left paralyzed and the fact that he may go to jail.
Tamra and Shannon denied Jim’s allegations and claimed that their comments were true and/or their own opinions.
A judge later dismissed the case against Shannon and awarded her the judgment for her attorney fees.
The cast against Tamra still stands, and she is prepared to face off against Jim in court. They are scheduled to go to trial in November 2021.
RHOC is expected to return for season 16 in late 2021 or early 2022.
