Ramona Singer Admits She Is Open To A Future Reconciliation With Dorinda Medley! Plus Luann de Lesseps Says RHONY is Less Angry Without Dorinda

Ramona Singer

Ramona Singer may no longer have a relationship with former friend and co-star Dorinda Medley. Still, she’s not closing the door on the possibility of them reconciling sometime in the future.

“You know, you never know,” Ramona told Us Weekly on a recent episode of the “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast.

She then commented on how her dynamic with Dorinda shirted after Dorinda was no longer a part of the series.

“The dynamics always change when there’s one missing Housewife from the prior season. The beauty of our show is it’s a wheel that just keeps going. You can take one of the cogs off it or whatever, but it just keeps ongoing,” Ramona explained.

Ramona previously told Entertainment Tonight that she didn’t really notice when Dorinda left the show.

“When a cast member leaves, somehow we just pick up where it was left off and don’t really notice that they’re gone. We’re all just like, [a] cog in the wheel and… or a spoke in the wheel, and if one goes, the wheel keeps going. So it was fine,” she said.

She also said that despite her friendship with Dorinda being over, she still has “respect for her as a person in a lot of ways” and “only wishes the best for her.”

However, the OG New York Housewife admitted she’s not sure Dorinda is ready to return to the drama just yet.

“I don’t know if she’s ready to come back,” Ramona noted.

Meanwhile, Luann de Lesseps said the show is different and “less angry” now that Dorinda is no longer a part of the franchise.

“[This season] was a little less angry. I hate to say it because there was a lot of anger and a lot of [negativity], and I love Dorinda. It’s just the way it panned out,” Luann told Us Weekly. “With the [Tinsley Mortimer] thing, it was kind of a negative energy.”
“You just have to laugh sometimes and have a good time,” she added. “The world could be falling apart, [but] we have each other, so I’m grateful for that.”
Despite Dorinda’s exit from the show, Luann reveals that they still keep in touch.
“We’re old friends. It just was the way it was last season, not to say that it would have been different if she was around this season,” Luann said. “It was definitely a different season without her.”

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
