While Teresa Giudice has been serving her 15 month prison sentence, it has been reported that her husband Joe will have his own spin-off airing later this year on Bravo. While there is not too much known about the show at this point, it has been revealed that viewers will see several familiar faces from The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
According to E! News, there will be numerous guest appearances on Joe’s show by some stars of RHONJ.
A source revealed to E! News that Melissa and Joe Gorga have already filmed scenes for the show. Joe’s brother Pete Giudice has also filmed as well along with Teresa’s parents and her and Joe’s four daughters. Teresa’s lawyer James Leonard Jr. will also appear on the show as well.
Earlier this summer, it was reported that Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano had filmed a scene with Joe at Teresa Aprea’s husband’s restaurant. It was then believed that the twins had not filmed for the show, they just showed up after filming. However, according to the source, the twins will in fact make an appearance on the show.
According to the source, Joe’s spin-off began filming in June. It will only be a few episodes long, so fans can expect to see the show on Bravo sometime this fall.
Since Teresa will still be in jail during filming, she will not appear on the show. However, the source revealed that “viewers will hear her checking in and talking to her family.”
