Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe Giudice has went through a lot even recently losing his father to a sudden heart-attack. Despite all that Joe has gone through, his driver’s license fraud case is moving forward.
Joe was accused of using his brother’s identification to obtain a driver’s license while his was suspended. The case was delayed because of his lawyer’s schedule then because of the federal trial. Because Joe has made a plea deal regarding his federal bank and bankruptcy fraud case, state prosecutors are moving forward with a pretrial hearing set for July 14th.
According to NJ, Joe and Teresa will also be sentenced on today in a federal court where Joe can be facing up to 10 years in prison. What do you think is going to happen in Joe’s case?
