Teresa and Joe Giudice’s legal problems have been officially put on hold due to the recent death of Joe’s father, Frank. The couple was scheduled to be sentenced July 8 (the same day as RHOA star, Apollo Nida) and now will not be sentenced until later this year in September.
Teresa’s lawyer, Henry Klingeman tells Us Weekly,
“Sentencing has been officially rescheduled to September 23. The family is mourning Mr. Giudice.”
