Gretchen Rossi has always been accused of making things about her, so it was no surprise that she decided to promote her show on her Twitter the same night and time as the RHOC premiere was airing. Gretchen also wasn’t happy that she was brought up in this first episode, and she responded to a fan about it. Check out the tweets below
