Dolores Catania and Teresa Giudice Are ‘Happy’ With How RHONJ Watch Party Reunion Went

Dolores Catania and Teresa Giudice are satisfied with how the RHONJ cast wrapped up season 14 at the watch party-style reunion.

The future of the RHONJ franchise might be up in the air, but Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania are happy with how season 14 concluded.

While the RHONJ season 14 reunion may have looked very different from prior seasons, Teresa Giudice and Dolores Catania admitted they enjoyed the new format.

“I was happy with it,” Teresa told PEOPLE. “The viewers are going to have to see how it plays out, I can’t give it away, but I feel good with it.”

“We were all happy with it,” Dolores added. “To be honest, we were all okay and left saying well, I don’t want to ruin it for the fans. But it’s worth the wait.”

Teresa then noted that RHONJ fans will see the truth play out.

“You’ll see the truth. Everything I’ve been saying all along has been the truth. I don’t lie, I’m not fake. I don’t put fake storylines out there. I don’t hurt other people’s families. If you’re a viewer, you’ve been with me a long time, and you’ll see that. But other people do that, and they do it for storylines. So I’m ready for the truth to be out there.”

Jennifer Aydin also was equally pleased with how everything went down at the season 14 watch party-style reunion.

“I didn’t have to see anybody I didn’t like or that I’m not getting along with,” she said. “It was quite pleasant! Amongst ourselves, we all aired our grievances and our gripes and we all communicated. It wasn’t the fighting that you usually see. And the fans are as sick of the fighting as I am, so I think they’re going to love it.”

She then added that resolution isn’t always the goal at a Real Housewives reunion.

“Sometimes you don’t resolutions to move on. You can decide that somebody is not right for you and some people are not right for you. You don’t need a resolution to move on; you can be indifferent, and that’s where I am with some of these girls. I’m neither here nor there.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast gathered on Monday, July 15, at Rails Steakhouse in Towaco, N.J., to film the watch party-style reunion.

During the special, the Garden State Real Housewives cast watched the dramatic final episode of the season play out on a “big screen” and then provided “commentary” on everything that went down.

Melissa Gorga was in one room with co-stars Jen Fessler, Margaret Josephs, Rachel Fuda, and Danielle Cabral. Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice was joined by Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, and Jackie Goldschneider in another room.

The RHONJ season 14 watch party reunion alternative will air on Sunday, August 11.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais publicly supported Teresa Giudice’s plea to end the “dark and toxic behavior” among Bravo fans on social media.

On Twitter, Garcelle Beauvais reshared Teresa’s lengthy Instagram post and tagged the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG.

The RHOBH star then shared which parts of Teresa’s post really resonated with her.

“You’re a good actress but you can’t be a reality star and act on a reality show Teresa! There is were housewives is messing up I mean you think filming for month or 2 a year they planning acting,” one Bravo fan wrote in response to Garcelle showing support for Teresa’s post.

Garcelle Beauvais replied, “It’s the part about the kids, not OK.”

As longtime RHOBH fans know, Garcelle’s son Jax was harassed and bullied on social media by bots who were hired to target the teenager.

Numerous other Bravo stars, including Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, Kelly Dodd, and more, also supported Teresa Giudice’s call to end all of the hate among fans on social media.

On Wednesday, July 24, Teresa Giudice shared a lengthy Instagram post where she called for social media bullying to end and RHONJ fans to stop spreading lies about the cast.

“I have been on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the last 14 seasons, and during that time, I have seen and been a part of my fair share of drama with my cast mates,” she wrote. “What is happening off camera on social media is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or cast and are only interested in promoting themselves by spreading their hate through false narratives and lies.”

Teresa Giudice calls for “hate and toxicity” to “stop” amid RHONJ Drama: “Enough Is Enough.”

Longtime Bravo star Teresa Giudice is calling out the toxicity surrounding the RHONJ cast online.

On Wednesday, July 24, Teresa Giudice shared a lengthy Instagram post where she called for social media bullying to end and RHONJ fans to stop spreading lies about the cast.

“I have been on The Real Housewives of New Jersey for the last 14 seasons, and during that time, I have seen and been a part of my fair share of drama with my cast mates,” she wrote. “What is happening off camera on social media is absolutely disgusting and is fueled by toxic people who are not affiliated with the show or cast and are only interested in promoting themselves by spreading their hate through false narratives and lies.”

Jennifer Aydin says the new RHONJ reunion format was “quite pleasant” and reveals she avoided people she doesn’t “like.”

Longtime Bravo star Jennifer Aydin has no complaints about Bravo’s new reunion format for the RHONJ season 14 reunion.

“I didn’t have to see anybody I didn’t like or that I’m not getting along with. It was quite pleasant!” the RHONJ star told PEOPLE. 

Jennifer Aydin noted that the ladies of RHONJ were still able to “air [their] grievances and [their] gripes” and “communicate” with each other during the watch party-style reunion.

Variety previously reported that the RHONJ cast is “irreparably divided”  following season 14.

Since the premiere of season 14 in May, Andy Cohen has made it clear that the New Jersey Housewives franchise will undergo some major changes ahead of season 15. The current season is set to conclude on Sunday, August 4.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga tells Page Six that she is looking forward to some “fresh faces” joining the season 15 cast of the Garden State Housewives franchise.

“Listen, I’m excited for what’s to come. I think we are due for some type of change. I don’t know what kind of change, but I am excited to see what happens. I am excited to see what’s next and where this show goes from here,” Melissa Gorga said.

However, the longtime Housewife admits she hasn’t heard anything about Bravo’s plans for season 15.

“My guess is as good as yours,” she said.

Melissa and her husband, Joe Gorga, recently shared their thoughts on the rumored RHONJ reboot.

“It’s definitely a long time and nostalgic for us and something that we’ve been doing forever,” Melissa said on her On Display podcast before asking Joe his thoughts on the possible reboot.

Joe said, “We put a lot of time and effort. We dedicated over a decade of our lives to this show, and it would be sad, right? Wouldn’t it be? It would be a little sad. It is what it is, and you know, whatever happens, happens. We’ll just have to move on, and when one door closes, another one opens, and we’ll just figure it out, right?”

“Either way, I think that…we’ve shown a lot of our lives, and I’m happy to continue showing it, and I’m also happy with the memories that we made,” Melissa added. “So I feel like we’ll be at peace either way.”

Bravo has yet to confirm its plans to reboot the Garden State Housewives franchise. However, Andy Cohen has continuously teased that changes are coming for season 15.

“We haven’t even started talking about next season. We want this one to end. We’re gonna let it sit, and then we will get into it,” Andy explained on a recent episode of Sirius XM’s Andy Cohen Live. “We’re gonna figure something out. We’re gonna figure something out. We are all on the same page about that.”

Kathy Hilton reveals she had to “calm” Kyle Richards down after Mauricio Umansky was spotted kissing model Nakita Kahn.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been separated for well over a year, but Kathy Hilton reveals, in a new interview, that Kyle seeing proof of Mauricio moving on was a “hard pill to swallow.”

While the estranged Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple have no plans to reconcile, the 65-year-old socialite admits that she had to “calm” down her youngest sister after the photos of Mauricio kissing Nakita Kahn went viral.

Kathy Hilton tells Page Six that Kyle had a tough time after seeing the photos of Mauricio and Nakita kissing at the airport in Mykonos.

“I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it,” the returning RHOBH friend of shared.

“So what I’m trying to do is just kind of calm her down a little bit. ‘You know this was bound to happen. You’ve been separated.’”

Kathy said she also had to remind Kyle that she and Mauricio agreed that he could do “what he wants to do” and that she was able to do the same amid their separation.

Despite Kyle knowing she was “eventually going to see something” like this occur it still hurt nonetheless.

After the photos of Mauricio and Nakita kissing went viral, Kyle removed the word “wife” from her Instagram bio.

As previously reported, the real estate mogul landed in Mykonos, Greece, last Tuesday, where he was spotted running into the arms of a beautiful blonde woman.

Photos show Mauricio Umansky and his mystery woman wrapped up in each other’s bodies, making it clear that they are definitely more than friends. However, it is unclear if the two are an official item or if their rendezvous was just a booty call.

The mystery woman was later identified as 33-year-old Nakita Kahn.

According to her website, Nakita describes herself as a “European-born, Los Angeles-based Nikita Kahn is an actress, model, and animal advocate passionate about creating a lifestyle full of beauty, meaning, and connection.”

She previously dated Larry Ellison, the co-founder of Oracle. The exes began dating in 2010 when the then 19-year-old moved to Los Angeles from the Ukraine. Ellison was 66 at the time.

Kyle Richards reportedly has zero interest in reconciling with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, especially after he was spotted kissing model Nakita Kahn, 33, at an airport in Mykonos, Greece, last week.

Since then, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG has removed the word “wife” from her Instagram bio.

Now, an insider reveals that Kyle Richards is trying to remain positive as she navigates the uncharted waters of her estranged husband dating.

“Kyle doesn’t let it bother her, but it of course stings a little hearing about Maurio with someone new. It’s never easy, but she maintains a positive attitude,” an insider told US Weekly.

On Melissa Gorga’s On Display Podcast, Joe Gorga dished on a recent “really rude and nasty” encounter he had with his cousin Kathy Wakile‘s husband, Rich Wakile.

Joe reveals that he saw Rich out and about recently, so he approached him and said, “What’s up, Wakile?” Joe claims his cousin-in-law immediately shot him down.

“That’s Mr. Wakile to you,” Rich reportedly said in response before driving off.

“[He was] really rude and nasty,” Joe Gorga shared. “You’re still bitter that you got kicked off the show … That’s what it is … Get over it.”

On that same podcast episode, Melissa Gorga also reacted to Kathy Wakile dissing her on the July 14 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

“I felt like she had a negative flair when asked about us,” Melissa Gorga said. “What I had said on [Jeff Lewis Live] was I thought very nice and very in a way of moving forward in some which way, and it wasn’t like a ‘Hey, I want you on the show’ or ‘I want you back in our lives.’ That wasn’t really what I was saying. I was saying it would be nice if we live on the same street and there are two cousins living on the same street and they bumped into each other it would be really nice to have them talk and work it out and talk it out.”

While the Real Housewives of New Jersey star insists her intentions were good, Melissa now feels she shouldn’t have made any comments about reconciling with Kathy and Rich Wakile.

“I’m like, ‘Huh? Do I regret saying that after she had that weird attitude on [WWHL]?’ It was weird. I think she forgets who said they’re gonna cut the cancer out,” Melissa noted. “[Joe Gorga] did what [he] had to do, which was support [his] family. [His] sister asked [him] for something, and there [he was] being a good brother and did what [he] had to do.”

“That’s basically what I was saying to Jeff Lewis on his podcast, like, these are real cousins. And that’s me extending an olive branch,” she explained.

“But you know what? Your loss. Stay on your side of the street. All good. I tried to say something nice. I don’t think I liked the attitude. I’m like, it’s weird. We haven’t seen her in a very long time, so I just thought it was a little petty,” Melissa admitted.

On the July 14 episode of WWHL, Andy Cohen asked Kathy about the news that she and her husband, Rich Wakile, are building a house near Melissa and Joe Gorga.

“Ya’ll are building a house by Melissa’s new house, right?” Andy asked, to which the RHONJ alum replied, “Yeah, Melissa Way. Apparently, she owns the street. “

Kathy then added, “I had my eye on that house forever,” clarifying that the Gorgas played no role in their decision to purchase the property.

The Gorgas and the Wakiles have been estranged since Teresa Giudice cut Kathy out of her life for good during season 7 of RHONJ. Kathy left the franchise afterward and has not returned since.

REPORT: ‘No Drama’ at RHONJ Season 14 Reunion Watch Party

A new report claims there was zero drama at the non-traditional RHONJ season 14 reunion. Find out everything you need to know!

Us Weekly reports that estranged sister-in-laws Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice did not interact at all while filming the watch party reunion for season 14 of RHONJ.

According to the source, Melissa recapped all the drama from season 14 alongside RHONJ co-stars Jen Fessler, Margaret Josephs, Rachel Fuda, and Danielle Cabral. Meanwhile, Teresa was joined by Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, and Jackie Goldschneider.

“Teresa and Melissa didn’t talk to each other or cross paths,” the insider says, noting Dolores Catania bounced between both rooms throughout the watch party, which was filmed on Monday, July 15, at Rails Steakhouse in Towaco, N.J., 

During the special, Teresa, Melissa, and their respective RHONJ costars watched the drama play out on a “big screen” and provided “commentary” on the dramatic final episode of the season, which also took play at Rails Steakhouse.

“There was no drama,” the source adds. “It was just the ladies commenting on the episode on camera. It was only about the finale.”

Variety previously reported that the RHONJ cast is “irreparably divided”  following season 14.

Since season 14 of RHONJ premiered in May, Andy Cohen has made it clear that the New Jersey Housewives franchise will be undergoing some major changes ahead of season 15. The current season is set to conclude on Sunday, August 4.

The RHONJ season 14 watch party reunion alternative will air on Sunday, August 11.

Tamra Judge Slams Vicki Gunvalson’s Claim She Goes After Others For a Storyline on RHOC

Tamra Judge denies Vicki Gunvalson’s claim that she has no storyline on RHOC, so she goes after others to create drama for the show.

Following last Thursday’s episode of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge did a Q&A with fans on Instagram.

One RHOC fan asked Tamra: “Why do you think Shannon [Beador] / Vicki [Gunvalson] are saying you go after others instead of using your own life stuff?”

To start, Tamra flatly denied the claim and called out Vicki for going after her husband, Eddie Judge.

She also called the OG of the OC “jealous” and “delusional” before reminding fans of Vicki allegedly helping her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers fake cancer to gain sympathy on the show.

“Rich coming from the woman that has come after every cast member, including my husband,” Tamra wrote alongside laughing-crying emojis. “She’s a jealous, delusional hypocrite.”

“I’ve show so much in my 14 years: divorce, custody battle, losing a child, rebuilding myself, geting remarried, birth of grandchild, fitness journey, business building, baptism, closing of CUT [Fitness]…Should I go on?” Tamra continued.

“What did she show…oh ya, faking cancer?” she added.

This statement comes days after Vicki Gunvalson appeared on the July 17 episode of Teresa Giudice‘s Turning the Tables podcast, where she discussed why she is no longer friends with Tamra Judge.

“Tamara’s like a mean girl. She’s a mean girl. Beautiful on the outside, mean girl. And I just don’t wanna be around it,” Vicki said. “I don’t want to be around people that hurt people. And that’s my choice as a human. And I’ve forgiven her and moved on. And if I see her, I’ll say hi, and I’ll keep walking. I don’t want people in my life like that. ’cause she will turn on you.”

Vicki then noted that Tamra goes after everyone, but no one goes after her because they’re afraid of her wrath.

“She didn’t do anything to me. Last year, it was to Heather [Dubrow]; this year, it’s Shannon; the year before [ it was someone else]. It’s always somebody that she’s going after, and nobody will ever go after her because they’re afraid of her. Terrified,” the OG of the OC said.

The 62-year-old continued, “Her only storyline is going after other people. Nobody ever goes after her. Nobody ever talks about why her daughter doesn’t talk to her. Nobody ever talks about her relationships. You know that they don’t because they don’t wanna go there with her.”


The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
