Caroline Manzo has been busy filming Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s fifth season as well as promoting her new book, Let Me Tell You Something which was just released this week! The RHONJ veteran has been on the show for five seasons now, but she never thought this would be the case. As a matter of fact, Caroline admits that she thought she would get the boot after her first season of the show! Now filming season five, Caroline teases that it will be a “good thing”. Sounds like a nice change of pace from the last time we saw the ladies.

Fox & Friends caught up with Caroline who explains how the show found her and admits, “I really thought I would get fired after the first season. I really did. My exact words were ‘these [breasts] are real and I love my husband, so I really don’t belong on the show.'”

Caroline also teases the fifth season slated to air later this Spring. “There’s a lot of self-reflection on a lot of our parts, there’s a lot of drama, obviously…a lot of good times.” Caroline adds, “I’m in it myself, and I sit there everyday like ‘what’s going to happen next?’ because that’s how the roller coaster ride is this year. But it’s a good thing. I believe it’s a good show.”

It will be interesting to watch what production makes out of this season! Caroline can say it’s unpredictable and a good thing but I still think all the making up is very phony and for a show’s sake only! We shall see. What do you think of what Caroline says?
