This divorce keeps getting messier and messier. Last week, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart filed court documents ordering a judge to force Kordell to give her a new residence since he had changed the locks on their marital home on her.
Kordell refused to and filed court documents claiming that Porsha knew the locks would be changed and that she still had an opportunity to access the home and her belongings! Further details revealed by TMZ show that Kordell is ticked off at Porsha and explains why she is responsible for her housing issues!
The site reveals that after this incident, “Now, Kordell is firing back in legal docs, claiming Porsha’s attempt to victimize herself as ‘locked out’ is a sick ploy to ‘make herself more marketable in the media’ and couldn’t be further from the truth.”
Kordell reiterates that he texted Porsha informing her of the changed locks and that she could contact him whenever she needed to be in the house. The former NFL star adds that he will NOT be paying up for Porsha to shack up somewhere else, because she is a celebrity with decent cash who can pay for her own living arrangements!
“To make his point, Kordell claims Porsha uses her money for ‘grooming and clothing items’ — rather than paying her bills — which he claims is why she had her condo foreclosed and failed to pay her taxes,” adds the report.
We did a quick search of Georgia court records and it seems that a Porsha Williams DID have mortgage payment issues and other web searches show people online discussing her tax lien, but we weren’t able to find proof of that!
