On the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County Lydia McLaughlin tried to defend her friend Alexis Bellino when talking to Alexis old BFF Gretchen Rossi! Lydia took to her blog to explain why she wanted to defend Alexis and talks about Vicki VS Tamra plus more!
Gretchen Rossi stopped by Watch What Happens Live this Monday night to hash out the happenings on Real Housewives of Orange County! One of the callers questioned Gretchen on why she won’t forgive Alexis if she was able to do so for Tamra, who had said awful things about Slade and her!
Gretchen revealed that it’s not about NOT forgiving Alexis, it’s just that the two are not on a common ground about their rift. Gretchen explains, “Honestly, it’s not about not forgiving Alexis. It’s just that we are on two totally different pages right now. I wish her well, but you know what, we just aren’t seeing eye to eye on a specific subject. Until we can come eye to eye with that, I just don’t know if we’re going to move forward in a friendship.”
Tamra said some big things about Gretchen and Slade before, so how was it that she was able to move past it with Tamra? Gretchen reveals, “Actually, Tamra and I just tried to move forward and I think it was just too draining to be so upset about it so I just needed to let it go.”
Agree or disagree with Gretchen? Is Alexis getting a harsher treatment?
Alexis Bellino continued to be excluded from group activities on this week’s Real Housewives of Orange County. Tamra lead the group to Malibu for some wine tasting fun and obviously Alexis and Jim were not invited. Alexis and Jim instead opened a trampoline park, which Alexis reveals she would rather be at than Malibu.
Also in this episode, Lydia told Gretchen that Alexis missed her, so Alexis takes to her Bravo blog to clarify this. It turns out that Lydia must have misunderstood what Alexis really said. Check it out!
I have never been wine tasting in Malibu, so I loved watching the girls’ trip. Shockingly enough, the trip seemed pretty harmless (aside from the single name-calling incident). I do feel that there is one thing we can guarantee about Vicki, and that is that she is a HARD WORKER, so I truly doubt there is any way that she is slacking with Wines by Wives.
Lydia saying to Gretchen that I missed her needs clarification. I am not “missing” Gretchen because the current Gretchen is not the same person I was friends with three years ago. I do miss the old Gretchen, but not the person that I know and see now. What I had mentioned to Lydia is that Gretchen’s behavior towards me hurt the most, because at one point we really were friends. I’ve never had a close connection to Tamra or Heather.
I feel really bad for Heather and Terry. Marriages have ups and downs and it seems theirs is in a bit of a rut right now. I hope they are able to work through this rough patch. It will be interesting to see where their relationship goes this year.
The grand opening for Sky Zone San Diego was incredible! It was packed all day and I couldn’t be more proud of my husband. Although Malibu looked fun, I would not have wished to be anywhere but at Sky Zone that day. I love hearing all the kids (and adults too) laughing, screaming, jumping, and flipping. This is such a rewarding business to be a part of.

Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow have been seen fighting quite a bit this season of Real Housewives of Orange County. When these scenes air, it seems a bit unusual because they were not like this at all last season, but things are changing now that Heather is getting her feet wet and trying to venture out into the working world once again.
This week, Terry exposes to the entire group that he and Heather had a pretty heated fight where the “d-word”, divorce, was thrown out which clearly upset Heather. She is taking to her Bravo blog to explain their constant fighting this season and also explains why she was so hurt. Check it out:
It’s so hard to watch this episode, especially after spending such an amazing day with my family yesterday. This all happened seven months ago, and it’s difficult to relive that challenging and upsetting time in my life and marriage.
My husband is wonderful and gives me so much. I am very grateful for the life we have created together.
However, during this period of time, I needed some support from him. I wasn’t getting it. After a while of trying to communicate and getting nowhere, I got frustrated and started lashing out at him.
I don’t have a switch off button. If something is upsetting me, it takes me time to get over it. Saying I’m sorry is a great way to start, but if its a pattern of behavior that’s not changing the words lose their meaning.
I just wanted support the way I’ve always supported Terry. “I want what I give.” This guest star role on Hot in Cleveland is only a five day job. It shouldn’t be such a big deal for Terry to help out. That night while getting dressed for dinner, I wanted to explain how I felt, yet still, he had to interrupt me to make a joke. Thus, proving my point and further frustrating me.
You should know that Terry and I talked a lot after this evening and got to a better healing place. It wasn’t completely over but we were heading in the right direction.
So, a weekend in Malibu sounded like just the ticket for us. A little time away from the kids to reconnect. . .
Brunch in Malibu: “You need to be what your PARTNER needs sometimes.” This statement is true for me at this time in our marriage, as I feel that’s what I’ve done for Terry, especially in the last few years.
I’m not someone who usually talks about my relationship in front of a group of people. I was surprised Terry brought it up at the table. You may think I’m still overreacting, but the fight that continued off-camera after our dinner at ZOV’S was very intense and hurtful.
I also don’t cross the line when I fight. I think it’s dangerous to do that in a relationship. Although I so appreciate that Terry was trying to protect me, I’m very embarrassed and still hurt and shocked that Terry had chosen to discuss this in front of a table of people. It brought back all of the emotions from our earlier fight that the audience didn’t see.
I’m not trying to punish Terry. I already forgave him. I just want him to be supportive of me, and I’m also trying to find a place to put my emotions from the fight.
That’s why when we are at SIP wine tasting I said “Let’s hit the pause button.” I was really glad that Terry pulled me aside to make sure I was OK. Clearly we love each other, but it’s not going to be resolved in one day and I want to enjoy my stint on Hot in Cleveland. Sometimes it’s OK to walk away from an argument.
The key to a healthy, strong relationship is communication — of which we had a breakdown. Our marriage is stronger because of this. I don’t regret it because of that, but its still hard to watch on-screen and share with the world.
I’d like to thank everyone for the supportive tweets, Facebook messages, and notes to my website. I’m so appreciative of everyone who understands that relationships aren’t always perfect, and you all seem to be proponents of seeing real moments in our lives (good and bad) instead of just making “nice nice” for the cameras.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has had some very public drama with LeAnn Rimes who had an affair with Brandi’s ex Eddie Cibrian. Although the two have had some problems, LeAnn decided to send Brandi some flowers over to Brandi’s for Mothers Day and Brandi sort of thanked her.
Brandi randomly tweeted, “I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4 my flowers.Our relationship is that we still dont even say hi at baseball.I dont have her number-thats it.”
Only Brandi really didn’t thank LeAnn because there is no thank you’s directed to LeAnn anywhere on her twitter feed. LeAnn responded to a fan on twitter and explained that was actually Brandi’s first acknowledgment of the flowers saying, “this was actually the first acknowledgement of my gesture I was made aware of. I didn’t see anything else sent to me. It wasn’t for the “thank you.” It was to just simply say Happy Mothers Day.”
Now I know I’m very hard on LeAnn Rimes but I got to give it to LeAnn for sending Brandi flowers. I do think that was the right thing to do. Brandi Glanville later took to twitter to make a comment directed obviously for LeAnn saying, “Studying for my part in a made for T.V. movie shooting in the AM, maybe I will meet my future ex-husband (its happened before) #justsaying.” Innnnteresting. I’ll be honest. These two don’t ever seem like they will work out there differences! Thoughts on LeAnn sending Brandi flowers?=
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice wasn’t able to attend her nieces Holy Communion this past weekend but Teresa explained why on twitter! Teresa tweeted a viewer that the reason she was absent was because it was also her daughter’s Gabrielle’s first communion but did retweet a viewer who said that she was sure it was hard for Teresa and that there will be other events in the future!
Gia shared a photo of her sister and herself at the Holy Communion on Instagram writing, “Me and my sister at her communion! @gabriellapeacelovesoccer #love #you” attached with the photo below
It’s still unclear what Teresa decided to do for Gabriella but Gabriella looks gorgeous! Gabriella is my favorite Giudice and I’m sure it was hard for Melissa to miss Gabriella’s Communion since she is her God mother!
This week the Real Housewives of Orange County are headed to wine country! Or should I say “whine,” because of course that’s what this trip became. It was one of those trips where the girls all are forced to hang out together away from their natural habitat with lots of alcohol until one calls the other a slut pig.
For RHOC, that wasn’t the case. I’m not surprised, given how uneventful this season is besides the dinner party from hell where Tamra kicked Alexis out! Next week we will see Lauri Peterson return to stir the pot and gun for Vicki, which reeks of producer desperation for some excitement. Back to this week…
Heather and Terry are in their bathroom while he clips his toe nails. I love Terry, but like, ew. Heather tries to convey how irritating Terry’s jokes at her expense are, especially when he gets the kids involved. Terry just clips away uninterested in Heather’s under-appreciated emotions, and then takes a dig at her which just pushes her over the edge!
Wines by Wives, the wine club that Tamra and Vicki started together, is growing and the gang is headed to Malibu’s wine country for a getaway and tasting of potential wines for the club. Gretchen and Slade ride with Tamra and Eddie. Lydia and Doug ride with Heather and Terry who pick up a solo Vicki on the way. Alexis and Jim? Not invited!
At the first tasting, Vicki makes some awkward comments to the people leading the wine tasting which may or may not have been offensive. Tamra is irritated by Vicki’s care-free and not very business-like demeanor on the trip so far.
Alexis is headed to the grand opening of Jim’s trampoline park in San Diego. She mingles and seems uninterested in wine tasting, revealing that she would not have gone even if invited. She gushes about her entrepreneurial husband and they cut the ribbon to their trampoline park.
Over in Malibu, the group has dinner where Lydia tries telling Gretchen that Alexis misses her, but Gretchen has a hard time believing this. Tamra cuts the discussion off to prevent drama (maybe?) and asks about Heather’s upcoming acting gig.
Conversation turns to Vicki’s Vodka which is another one of Vicki’s new businesses, which makes Tamra worried because Vicki now has one more thing to distract her from focusing any of her time on the wine club. It also seems like a conflict of interest. Something’s brewing between these two frenemies…
The group heads to breakfast the next morning minus Eddie and Slade who are out biking. Tamra feels that Eddie rides his bike more than he rides her. Oh? Heather chimes in and talks about marriage requiring compromise. This becomes the perfect segue for them to plug their storyline for the season.
Terry and Heather reveal to the group that they’ve been fighting because of Terry’s jokes at Heather’s expense. Terry explains that their argument got heated and he threw out the “d-word”: DIVORCE! Heather becomes upset that Terry exposed this and then Vicki explains that she did the same with Donn, and ultimately it did lead to actual divorce.
The best part of this scene is Doug McLaughlin’s face because a) he’s ridiculously handsome and b) you can just tell he’s thinking “What the hell did Lydia sign us up for?! Why am I hanging out with these freak shows?”
The women continue on to the Cielo Vineyard where Vicki continues to test every nerve (the ones that have not been stabbed with botox) in Tamra’s body. Vicki just seems disinterested and announces that she is leaving early because she had dinner plans. Tamra is pissed that Vicki’s disengaged. Vicki basically says she doesn’t give a sh*t and then bounces. Tamra calls her a “bitch!” and Vicki is appalled.
Vicki reveals that Tamra is classless for calling her a bitch because it’s totally unprofessional for business partners. Well, since when is Tamra one to not use profanity? Tamra goes back in and continues to chug wine while Vicki storms off to fulfill her prior dinner plans!
Back at home in Orange County, Tamra and Eddie to go dinner where they recap the Malibu trip over sake. Tamra reveals to Eddie that she has issues communicating her emotions and the easiest thing for her to do is scream and shout! Eddie recommends that she not keep things bottled up otherwise it won’t be good for their relationship.
When we spoke to Tamra earlier this year she revealed that we would be able to take a peek into her childhood and see why she is the way she is today. It looks like this is the start of that Tamra childhood retrospective!
Let’s discuss the episode! It is just me, or does the Heather and Terry storyline seem more exaggerated and blown up than it actually is? Do you think Vicki was wrong in her behavior during the wine getaway, or was Tamra just being petty with her?
This Saturday was the first Holy Communion of Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga’s daughter Antonia. Also on that day, was the exact same celebration for Teresa Giudice’s Gabriella, except we did not see any media articles or pictures from the religious celebration. Why?
Melissa may have turned her daughter’s first Holy Communion into a sponsored party and this is why. Melissa took to Twitter and Instagram to plug the entertainment, as well as the dress designer for Antonia’s special day. Did she exchange free services for some publicity? The Manzo’s probably hooked her up with a friend discount at the Brownstone too!
Not only that, but photos of the event were also taken by Splash News, a celebrity photo agency that sells images to tabloids, TV outlets, magazines, etc.

Season 4’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently filming but producers are still looking to cast housewives to join the rest of the ladies. Producers are specifically looking at Jean Kasem! Jean spoke to TMZ revealing that she is talking to producers about starring in RHOBH but I don’t think producers will be very impressed with her running her mouth!
So who is Jean? Jean Kasem is married to Casey Kasem and has been since 1980. Jean is an actress who is best known for playing Loretta Tortelli on Cheers and the short-lived spinoff The Tortellis. She has one child and resides in Beverly Hills! I like when producers look at people who are actually in committed relationships. Thoughts on Jean joining RHOBH?!

Real Housewives of Miami‘s third season is set up to be a “bride wars” affair as enemies Adriana de Moura and Joanna Krupa plan their weddings and get married on camera! First up we have Adriana’s wedding (which may or may not be “real”) and the invitation has leaked online. Adriana and Frederic will tie the knot this Friday, May 17 in a lavish ceremony that the event’s producers are making sure will be a spectacle for Bravo! The wedding invitation requests that guests wear all white to the church and 1920’s themed cocktail attire to the reception.
