Last week we reported that the Countess, LuAnn de Lesseps, had given her RHONY co-star Bethenny Frankel the cold shoulder by leaving her out of some RHONY photos on Instagram. While the photos made, it seem like LuAnn and Bethenny could have been feuding LuAnn is telling a different story to the media.
When LuAnn appeared on WWHL with Andy Cohen, she opened up about Bethenny returning to the show and how she REALLY feels about it.
“You know it’s funny,” said de Lesseps, “To have Bethenny back is like old times. It’s like the good old days. You know, you’d be surprised.”
“This season, she gets along with people that you wouldn’t expect her to get along with, and hates people you wouldn’t expect,” said de Lesseps. “It’s exciting to watch her work it with all the girls. We talk about a lot of the old days too.”
During the same Watch What Happens Live appearance, LuAnn also got chatty about another one of her RHONY co-stars Ramona Singer. LuAnn opened up about her disdain for Ramona’s soon-to-be ex-husband Mario Singer.
Andy Cohen candidly asked LuAnn if Ramona is better off with or without Mario to which LuAnn gave a not so surprising answer.
“Much better without,” LuAnn boldly stated.“I never liked Mario. It’s true. I say it on the show.”
I’m shocked LuAnn acted so happy about Bethenny’s return to RHONY especially since the two never got along that well. Time will tell if the two will be friends or foes this season. I loved how honest LuAnn was about Mario and her feelings toward him. While I always liked Mario and Ramona together and thought they had a great marriage, I think Ramona is much better off without him.
