Last week we reported that it’s highly unlikely that Kim Richards will return to RHOBH as a full-time Housewife. Now new reports suggest that Kim will not be returning to show at all due to her ongoing struggle with substance abuse.
It seems that Kim’s recent battle with substance abuse has finally affected her standing on RHOBH.
Insiders claim that“The RHOBH producers really have no interest in bringing her back to the show. Kim needs to get help, and it needs to happen outside of the show.”
While RHOBH previously documented Kim’s road to sobriety, this time around the producers has no interest in making Kim’s issues a story line.“There’s no interest in putting her back on television unless she’s addressed her issues,” a second source revealed. “The show didn’t trigger her addiction — and her recovery also needs to happen outside of it.”
I think that Kim screwed up. RHOBH was a great way to make easy money. I think if Kim was more open and honest about her struggles she wouldn’t have been fired, but it seems that Kim’s lackadaisical attitude toward her sobriety cost her a job.
