On the first part of The Real Housewives of New York City reunion, Kristen Taekman remained pretty quiet. While most of the drama revolved around the falling out between LuAnn de Lesseps and Carole Radziwill, Kristen still had her opinions of what went down at the reunion, and she wrote about them in her Bravo blog.
Kristen first expressed her love of Carole and her boyfriend Adam’s relationship.
“Carole and Adam. LOVE THEM BOTH!” Kristen wrote. “I have had the pleasure of hanging out with Adam a few times, and he is wonderful. He and Carole make an amazing couple.”
As we’ve heard throughout the season, LuAnn is upset with Carole for dating Adam because he was her chef, and he used to date her niece. Kristen, however, thinks LuAnn needs to pick a reason why she is really upset with Carole.
Kristen continued, “As far as Luann is concerned, make up your mind, Countess! Is it that he is your ‘help,’ is it his age, or is it your niece? The key to winning an argument is to have a strong point of defense. Luann was so all over the place, you couldn’t even take her seriously! Carole is happy. Let’s leave it at that. Luann looks like a petty fool in the way that she is handling this whole situation.”
Kristen then called out LuAnn for her behavior at the reunion.
“She had something to say about everything, and she was just plain rude,” Kristen explained. “She has this condescending way of talking to the other women. Very Countess-y.”
