Kyle Richards is one of the OG Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and while she’s been through plenty of drama during her eight years on the franchise she recently opened up about what would make her quit the show for good.

During an interview with E’s Daily Pop, host Justin Sylvester, who also happens to be Kyle’s former personal assistant aka the ladysitter, asked Kyle if she has thought about leaving RHOBH considering all the success she now has outside of the show.

Despite her off-screen success, Kyle says she’ll keep doing Real Housewives until it isn’t fun anymore.

“I think people first thought when I started producing American Woman that ‘Oh, she’s going to leave the Housewives now but honestly I wouldn’t have had this platform if it wasn’t for Housewives. This meeting started with Justin actually, we wouldn’t be doing American Woman if it weren’t for a lunch with Justin and the people from Don Wells production, which is true,” Kyle explained.

“It’s been incredible. Fans of the Housewives they’re the ones tunning in, watching, and supporting me and American Woman. I really appreciate Bravo and Evolution Media, the production company, has done. They’ve been so supportive of American Woman and they’ve just been cheering me on from the side so it’s been incredible,” Kyle continued.

However, Justin didn’t stop prodding and pushed Kyle to spill even more.

“Everyone has that one thing. Adriene [Maloof] left because Brandi [Glanville] was getting a little hot and Eileen [Davidson] left for her career,” Justin explained before asking, “What’s the one thing that someone could say or that your family would say that would make you want to leave the show?”

“It’s not going to be one thing,” Kyle revealed. “Becuase that would have already happened. How many time have you seen me say ‘I’m outta here? I’m done?'”

“Every single cast member of the Housewives has quit at one point so I think it would just be time. If it’s not fun anymore that’s when it’s going to be done for me,” Kyle added. “Because even though we fight on the Housewives we also have a lot of fun. I care about all the women. They’ve been incredibly supportive of American Woman and they all love the show. Every single one of them was tweeting about it last week. Past Housewives were tweeting and supporting me so it’s been great.”

I love that Kyle’s so honest about why she’s sticking with Housewives. It’s also nice to see Kyle acknowledge that she wouldn’t be where she is today, career-wise, without Housewives. I think it’s good that Kyle will keep doing Housewives until it isn’t fun anymore, which hopefully isn’t for a very long time.
