The Real Housewives of New York stars share a lot of their goals for the future. Tinsley Mortimer is no exception. The RHONY star has made it known that she wants to get married and have children one day. Remember when Tinsley and fellow RHONY co-star, Sonja Morgan, were making a list of things that Tinsley wants and needs in a man? Tinsley is in an on and off relationship with Scott Kluth, whom she was introduced to on the show by friend and fellow co-star, Carole Radziwill. The pair recently celebrated their birthdays together in Las Vegas! Perhaps Tinsley and Scott will tie the knot down the road and start a family of their own. Tins is well equipped!

Tinsley is well prepared for the future, because she has frozen her eggs. She said, “they are on ice and waiting.” Tinsley recently turned 43 so she could potentially still have children the natural way, however; she isn’t having them right now. In case she’s older when she decides to have children, she wanted to make sure that it could still be biologically possible. Tinsley wanted to be prepared so she made the choice to freeze her eggs before she turned 40. According to The Daily Dish, Tinsley explained, “Honestly, when I froze my eggs was before I turned 40, and you kinda start to live in this fantasy world and you start to forget and you feel younger and don’t really realize that these kinds of things are important – or if they are going to be important to you.” Tins added, “Maybe they aren’t right now, but maybe later on in life. And it was actually my mom who was the strong advocate for getting me to freeze my eggs before I turned 40 because well, you know, the youngest eggs possible would be great for you.”

Tinsley felt that the process was a bit confusing at first. However; she said that it actually wasn’t a bad process! She said, “It’s really just not that difficult. You put a needle in your stomach for like a month, and you know, I didn’t feel hormonal. I didn’t have mood swings. I don’t know I think some of the things some people have or did experience. I was thinking maybe I just needed those hormones. Maybe, in life, I am normally mood swing-y, so maybe I just needed those. But, it was great for me and it was a great experience.”

I think it’s sweet that Tinsley opened up about this personal subject. I hope that Tinsley gets her happily ever after! I definitely could see her married with children down the road. I think Tinsley and Scott are a cute couple, and I am rooting for them to stay together!
