Blood is thicker than water!

Sisters Dina Manzo and Caroline Manzo are OG’s of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Since their time on the show together, their relationship has been up and down. Many fans of the RHONJ are still curious about their relationship, although they aren’t on the show anymore. Caroline and Dina have both gone through a lot since they were on the hit Bravo series. Recently Dina commented on Instagram, and it’s sparked a lot of speculation about her status with her siblings. Dina commented in response to someone who asked about her relationship with her siblings. A fan said, “Happy new year! How are things with the siblings? All but one still?” Dina replied back, “Yep.” Dina didn’t specify which sibling she was referring to, and there are many. Dina is the youngest of eleven children! It’s likely she’s referring to Caroline as she had previously said that she is close to her other nine siblings, including Chris Laurita, who is married to RHONJ alum, Jacqueline Laurita.

Dina had previously revealed on Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live that she and Caroline haven’t spoken in two years. She also said that she thought everyone “changed” during their time on RHONJ. Dina had said, “People become caricatures of themselves. A little part of what people say that they liked, they tend to put it on.”

Dina now splits her time between California and New Jersey. She started a new life in California, although she does still own a home in New Jersey – and she visits frequently. Dina and fellow RHONJ OG, Teresa Giudice, still are best friends and keep in touch. Dina is the Godmother of Teresa’s youngest daughter, Audriana. Dina had confirmed her engagement to longtime boyfriend David Cantin, in August of 2018. She also recently shared that she had sadly “lost a few pregnancies.”

Would Dina ever return to the RHONJ? When asked that on social media, she put the emoji of the woman with her hands up in the air. It’s safe to say that means it’s up in the air. She didn’t shut down the idea, and she didn’t agree to it. You never know what the future may hold!

I would love it if Dina returned to the RHONJ! I miss her on the show. I hope that her relationship with Caroline gets better soon. Family is the most important thing. When Dina and Caroline are estranged, it clearly weighs on both of them, as well as their family. I’m sure that there is light at the end of the tunnel for them. I’m glad that Dina is happy and in love. It’s very sad that she’s been experiencing miscarriages, though. I think she’s a very zen, genuine, happy human being. She deserves joy. It’s sweet that Dina and Teresa are still close, their friendship was always very authentic.
