Denise Richards is the newbie on Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she has many ties to her fellow castmates. In fact, she’s friends with alum of the RHOBH, Brandi Glanville. Denise and Brandi had dinner together on a recent episode. Lisa Vanderpump has cut ties with all of her castmates this season, except for Denise. However; LVP and Brandi are still not on great terms. Has Denise’s friendship with Brandi impacted her relationship with LVP? Denise was the only cast member invited to Lisa’s birthday party and she also spends time with Brandi. Denise joined Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to weigh in!

Denise said, “I actually have no idea if me meeting Brandi rocked the boat. I was just getting to know Lisa Vanderpump prior to her not wanting to be around any of us but if she ever extended an invitation to show up to one of her events or anything like that, I would obviously support her, because I believe in a lot of stuff that she supports so I would be there for her.”

Lisa recently shared before the reunion that she was leaving RHOBH after nine seasons. She told Extra, “The last year was a very negative year for me. I feel like we’re moving forward. They have had their resolution. I just had a horrible time with the show and the women. It was a very sad time in my life and it wasn’t made any better. I just decided to walk away.”

I don’t think that Denise’s friendship with LVP or Brandi will change. They are all mature adults and can be friends with whoever they want. I don’t feel that Denise has to pick sides. I think it’s nice that Denise and LVP are developing a great friendship, and I think it’s nice that Denise and Brandi are friends and have history. I’m loving the addition of Denise to the RHOBH!

Kristen Taekman spent two seasons on The Real Housewives of New York City and during her time on the show, we saw her life as a model and fashion blogger. She appeared with her husband, Josh Taekman, and their two young children, Kingsley and Cassius. She had her fair share of drama on the RHONY, however; she faced a lot of personal drama when she left the hit series. Kristen recently opened up about life after the RHONY and the Ashley Madison scandal, which Real Housewives she still keeps in touch with, what she thinks about some of the current drama on the show, plus who she thinks is the best thing to happen to the reality show!

Kristen recently shared with Bravo Rewind, “Right after I decided not to do the show, there was a little blip in the radar screen in the tabloids with my marriage. And you know what? It was so funny ’cause I have so many friends like, ‘I bet Bravo wishes that had some cameras rolling.’ But to be totally honest with you, there was nothing really to talk about or to roll on. It’s like, whatever happens in my marriage, my private life at that point was private.” Kristen’s husband was involved in the Ashley Madison leak back in 2015.

Kristen said that such a public incident actually changed her almost 15-year marriage, for the better. She shared, “And all I can say is, I think every marriage has its ups and downs and its bumps in the road. And we had one and we’re stronger for it and here we are now.”

Which Real Housewives does she keep in touch with? A lot of them! Kristen is still in touch with Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps and Carole Radziwill. Kristen explained, “I talk to pretty much all the ladies, I would say. I saw Dorinda and Ramona recently at an event, I see Carole quite a bit, I saw Luann’s show which was amazing – she’s really found her calling.”

She was “bummed” to see the fallout last season between Carole and Bethenny Frankel. Kristen explained, “Their relationship seemed so tight and I feel like they had a great thing going. It’s sad to see two good friends fallout.”

Kristen loves Tinsley Mortimer. In fact, Kristen said that Tinsley is “the best thing that happened to the show” right now.

What would she have done differently during her time as a housewife? “I think I would be a little meaner,” she answered.

Overall; she said it was an “awesome experience” being on the RHONY.

I enjoyed when Kristen was on the RHONY. We both have an affinity for Elvis Presley! I’m all for her returning to the show sometime. I felt bad for her when she went through her husband’s cheating scandal. I’m glad to see that they have come out of it all stronger. It’s always nice to catch up with alumni of the Real Housewives. I wish Kristen and her family all the best!

Lisa Hochstein Wants A RHOM Reboot!

Could The Real Housewives of Miami be returning with a reboot?!

Star of the RHOM, Lisa Hochstein, is hoping for the RHOM to get another shot. Lisa told Page Six, “Who wouldn’t be interested in a [“RHOM”] reboot?” Lisa added that she and her former co-stars Alexia Echeverria, Marysol Patton and Adriana de Moura “all have remained super close like sisters.”

They recently got even closer to support Marysol after her mom, Elsa Patton, passed away in May. The RHOM is a popular Real Housewives franchise among fans, but it only aired for three seasons from 2011 to 2013. Now sources are saying that Lisa is trying to get Bravo’s attention and launch a RHOM reboot!

At a Juvederm Beauty dinner hosted by Haute Living at the Residences by Armani Casa in Miami, Lisa had a mini RHOM reunion with de Adriana, Alexia and Karent Sierra. According to insiders they were “trying to get back in the limelight.”

The source stated, “The girls were kind of ribbing Lisa about her big new mega yacht and when she was going to take them out on it and she said, ‘Yeah it would be perfect to get Andy’s [Cohen] attention’ in giving them a reboot.” The insider believes Lisa was “half kidding and half dead serious.”

Apparently this reunion “brought the memories back.” It was just like old times on the RHOM. Lisa made a grand entrance in her Rolls-Royce “fashionably late” at the party.

I would LOVE for the RHOM to return! I enjoyed that franchise a lot. I hope the whole cast comes back for a reboot. It would be fun to see what everyone is up too. So much has changed in their lives. Joanna Krupa is married and pregnant with her first child, and Marysol is going through mourning. This could be the chance to catch up with all of the ladies.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are having a dramatic season, to say the least. The situation dubbed ‘Puppy Gate’ has played out over most of the season, Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards had a major falling out, and LVP even stopped filming with the cast and ultimately left the show. Lisa Rinna recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen to weigh in on the RHOBH this season!

For starters, Kyle and Teddi Mellencamp were discussing Rinna dressing up as Erika Jayne AKA Erika Girardi for Halloween. Rinna ended up hashing things out with Kyle’s sister, Kim Richards. On a later episode, Kyle and Teddi were discussing this all with the ladies – including Rinna. Many castmates thought that Kyle and Teddi were purposely trying to get Erika upset and that they wanted Erika to be upset with Rinna.

Was Kyle trying to get Erika riled up because she wanted Erika to be mad at Rinna for going after Kim?

Rinna answered on WWHL, “Yes.”

Then Andy asked her about it more and Lisa does think that Kyle wanted Erika to be mad at her. Lisa doesn’t necessarily think it’s because she got into it with Kyle’s sister, though. Lisa said, “Well no, she wanted Erika to be mad at me.”

Is it because Lisa got into it with Kyle’s sister Kim? Lisa answered, “No. She wanted Erika to be mad at me for being Erika.”

The bunny that Rinna gave Kim, that Kim then returned to Rinna at a past RHOBH reunion, is still a hot topic. How does Rinna feel about the infamous bunny that now sits in the WWHL clubhouse? Rinna said, “It’s iconic.”

Has she spoken to or seen Kim since everything? “I have not,” Lisa answered. However; “it’s all good” between them right now!

As for her friendship with Teddi, Rinna insists that she’s not pretending. In fact, Rinna really likes Teddi. Lisa explained, “I don’t pretend to like Teddi, I actually like Teddi very much.” She added, “You can think she’s annoying, but I don’t pretend, honey.”

I’m glad that Lisa and Kim are in a good place, and I think it’ll last. I don’t feel that Lisa is faking her friendship with Teddi and I think they do all get along great. I don’t see the situation with Kyle, Teddi, Rinna and Erika getting blown out of proportion anymore. It was discussed this season and will be over now. They’re all friends and hangout, it wasn’t a big deal and they’ve all moved on from it. I’m excited to see how the rest of this season will play out, and I’m especially looking forward to the RHOBH reunion!

RHOBH Recap: Thirst Impressions

Whose ready for drama surrounding grown woman arguing about a Halloween costume? If you’re not up for it – change the channel.

We left the Beverly Hills ladies arguing about Erika Jayne as if she was a figment of the imagination and not an actual person, and oh yes we are still in beautiful Provence.Unfortunately the ladies can’t seem to enjoy the beautiful French lavender and wine and instead continue to bait Erika Jayne. Or is it Girardi? Did we ever decide which one it is?? Whichever one it is, the girl has a hangover disguised as a migraine and is in a pissy mood over the night before

While Dorit and Teddi warm up limp balls, the other ladies visit the beautiful chapel to say a prayer for all those affected by the Malibu fires. Prayers are needed indeed as Denise and Aaron visit the ruins of their neighborhood and by the grace of God their home has minimal damage. I can’t imagine the fear of trying to get out of Malibu and my heart goes out to all affected. While Denise’s home is still standing, Camille’s house wasn’t as lucky. Camille’s home has so much damage that the firefighters had to fight the flames for over four hours which should paint a picture of the damage done.

Back in Provence, Kyle has arranged a helicopter to pick the ladies up for wine tasting and we see the return of Kyle’s infamous anxiety. As someone who suffers from anxiety I can emphasize with poor Kyle. I think you would have to give me a bottle of wine before I got on the helicopter thank you very much. Luckily, the bumpy helicopter ride ends in wine so it’s all good (for the most part.) I enjoy seeing the ladies being tipsy and having fun; however apparently a sober Erika does not and has a chip on her shoulder this entire trip. The opposite of Erika is Lisa Rinna who is tipsy as hell and having a field day doing what she does best: shading LVP.

The ladies decide that because Rinna’s LVP impression (not interpretation Teddi) is so spot on they should all do impressions (once again not interpretations) of each other. Drunk women mocking each other – what could go wrong? Apparently the only one that notices the irony is Erika who points out the double standard of Kyle and Teddi being offended about Rinna’s Erika impression the night before but now want to do impressions of the entire group. I admit the impressions were funny and didn’t come off as mean (minus the LVP and Camille impressions as if they aren’t there – it’s mean.)

On the way back, the impressions come up and it’s decided that Kyle’s impression of Erika was a little too spot on. A sober Erika is dry as toast and the ladies (specifically Kyle and Teddi) think there is more truth to her annoyed persona than she is letting on. Kyle and Teddi feel that Erika gets annoyed hanging out with these women and doesn’t always enjoy her time with them – are they just now realizing this? I could have told them this seasons ago.

At dinner, the ladies get deep very quick (most likely because they are all lit) and a teary Teddi proclaims her love to Kyle. The two are clearly new besties and when new BFF relationships form you know there is a lot going on behind the scenes. All seems to be going well at dinner until Teddi decides to poke the tiger by asking Erika why she was annoyed the night before. Kyle and Teddi will not stop poking Erika until she declares her hatred of Rinna’s performance but newsflash ladies: It ain’t happening.

While Teddi and Kyle continue to bait Erika into admitting she’s not enjoying her time with the ladies Erika finally has enough and storms off from the dinner table. A drunk Kyle runs after a sober Erika (which you know is going to end well) and once again tried to force Erika to be offended about Farrahween. Between drunk Kyle and Erika’s conversation and then drunk Rinna and drunk Teddi’s conversation nothing is making sense – should I even be recapping this? Everyone has had so much to drink that none of these arguments are worth anyone’s time to be honest. Teddi’s cocktails have turned into truth serum and Teddi admits that she feels Erika is fake and is basically begging for her approval. It’s a lot at once and I’ll just sum it up by saying – drunk Teddi is all over the place with her feelings and it’s a lot to take.

Drunk Teddi stumbles up to her room (literally) then breaks down as she feels everyone hates her. Teddi is coming across as a drunk sorority girl that just got dumped by her boyfriend and needs reassurance from her friends that she is still great. Somehow Teddi finds herself wandering to the kitchen and has to be pulled away from Kyle before she binges on chips and is forced into bed. All in all it’s a pretty interesting episode and I am already cringing at the thought of how Teddi is feeling the next day.

They channel Charlie’s Angels. In the beginning of the music video, the ladies get a call from Andy. He says, “Good morning, Housewives. Luann, Lisa, Cynthia, how are you feeling?” They reply in unison, “We’re feeling Jovani!”

Luann says in the video, “Statement necklace/Reckless flair/You can’t take me anywhere” and “Can’t escape this party scene/Hell with Countess/Now I’m queen.” The chorus of the song repeats the phrase “Feelin’ Jovani” and according to People, the lyrics are clearly in response to the drama on the RHONY. During Luann’s first cabaret show, Dorinda Medley got upset that her boyfriend, John Mahdessian, wasn’t invited. Dorinda helped Luann get free outfits and gowns from Jovani for the show. Dorinda kept saying out loud the whole night, “Jovani!” Luann had said of that night, “I hear Dorinda yelling out, ‘Oh yeah, that’s another Jovani number.’ Yeah, you gave me a showroom to go to and the dresses fit me like a glove. Don’t throw your jealous energy up here on stage with me. No no, girlfriend. I got this.”

RHONY: Sonja Morgan & Dorinda Medley Talk The Reunion, Luann De Lesseps’ Probation, Drunken Miami Nights, Plus Bethenny Frankel’s Outburst!

The Real Housewives of New York City are really bringing it this season! Dorinda Medley and Sonja Morgan recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. They dished on the RHONY reunion, drunken nights in Miami, Luann de Lesseps’ probation, and Bethenny Frankel’s emotional outburst on the show. Let’s dive in!

For starters, the RHONY reunion sounds like it’s going to be epic. Did Ramona Singer ever apologize to Dorinda when she was caught on camera lying about the seating arrangements at the table? Plus, for pushing Dorinda when she called her out on it? “We discussed it a lot at the reunion,” Andy said. It turns out Dorinda did get an apology, but it was in typical Ramona fashion. Dorinda said, “Yes I did, but it’s not about the apology with Ramona, it’s about is she going to do it again? And what’s she going to do next?”

Sonja laughed and said, “Wait ’till you see her excuse at the reunion, you’re gonna love it. Amazing!”

Meanwhile; Bethenny has been going through a lot, both on-and-off camera. She had an emotional outburst on the show – but it’s clear it was much deeper than just being about Luann. What was their reaction to everything Bethenny had to say?

Dorinda said, “Well, it was overwhelming. But at the same time, as I told everyone, she said what we were all feeling – the whole time. We were all literally, kind of gingerly going around her, and then she finally said what we were feeling the whole time.” Not only that, it was about Bethenny grieving and mourning. Dorinda explained, “Oh, I think it was a lot more than Luann. Listen, Bethenny’s been going through so much and she’s been dealing with so much death. She started filming three weeks after he died. And all Lu could do was talk about herself, the whole time. And I don’t think Bethenny ever realized how much she was suffering.”

Sonja added that Bethenny was worried about them all and was being selfless. Sonja explained, “Bethenny was worried about us. She was worried about me, she was worried about Barbara fitting in, she was worried about us all eating and worried about Luann.”

Dorinda added, “this was enough is enough” and “the straw that broke the camels back.”

As for Luann’s recent probation troubles, Dorinda and Sonja weighed in with their support. Dorinda and Sonja agreed “it was a tough one.” Dorinda shared, “We all want nothing but more than recovery for her, but it’s difficult because she’s constantly watching for any of us to make any mistake at all – and pointing them out. So I think it’s a lesson in just, tend to your own garden.” Sonja agreed with that all and said, “Yeah that’s true.”

Sonja going to AA with Luann brought up many emotions on the show. Luann felt that Sonja wanted attention and Sonja has now responded. Sonja said, “Listen, in the car I just wanted to talk to her about my feelings, and she didn’t want to have anything to do with it in the car. I didn’t want to ruin her moment and building to recover. But when I got with the group, they were very much there for me. And she wasn’t, she went down to the beach. So I felt she wasn’t there for me, personally.”

On the recent cast trip to Miami – the ladies got a little crazy! Sonja weighed in on her drunken night in Miami and said, “I mean I am a cheap date, after five rum welcome drinks – which I never drink rum, I was wasted. I took it too far and I did feel bad. I said to Ramona first thing in the morning, ‘I’m sorry if I worried you at all.'”

What was it that made Sonja breakdown about at the pool? Sonja shared, “Well, we saw some rough situations, that seemed to me that were just unsolvable. And I couldn’t take them back to the townhouse and give them a job. It’s like you can’t help these people. I tried, and LuAnn seems to just roll off of her and she can get up on stage like she says – and make them laugh.”

“She likes to people make people laugh, and they feel better while they’re at the meeting,” Sonja shared. The whole situation made Sonja feel very emotional. She explained, “But you leave them there and they’re going back to sleep on the beach, and maybe, you know, shoot drugs. It’s rough.”

Dorinda and Sonja also weighed in on Tinsley wanting to have a baby, as well as Ramona’s flirting game as a single woman.

I’m looking forward to the RHONY reunion! This was a great episode of WWHL. I’m enjoying this season. The ladies in New York City never disappoint, and they always entertain.

LVP Has No Regrets Skipping The RHOBH Reunion Despite The Major Pay Cut!

Lisa Vanderpump decided not to attend The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 9 reunion earlier this month after a difficult season. Shortly before the RHOBH reunion, LVP announced that she was leaving the show and not attending the reunion. It’s reported that LVP took a major pay cut by not going to the reunion, however; sources are saying that LVP believes she “earned” her paycheck and she has “no regrets” about not attending.

It wasn’t worth it for LVP to attend the RHOBH reunion. According to sources, LVP refused to sacrifice her “pride and dignity” just for the six-figure paycheck.

According to Hollywood Life, “Lisa took a heavy pay cut for not attending the reunion, but she doesn’t care at all. She feels strongly that one can’t put a price on standing up to bullies. She happily forfeited half her paycheck. Her pay cut was well into the six figures, as she is one of the highest paid Housewives in all the franchises because she’s an OG and the highest paid on RHOBH.”

The insider added that Lisa has “no regrets” about her decision to skip the reunion. They explained, “She knows she doesn’t need the money. And, although she feels she earned it and worked hard for it, there was no amount of money in the world that would’ve gotten her to attend the reunion taping.” Lisa stands by her decision. The insider added that LVP is, “completely content with missing out on the big pay day.”

Instead of attending the reunion, LVP kicked off Pride week at Eric Garcetti’s garden party in Los Angeles. LVP revealed to Hollywood Life after the reunion that it was a tough decision. She said, “They were my family. I’m sad that it came to this, but I don’t think I really had any other choice. You can only have the whole cast against you for so long. It was too difficult.”

I understand why LVP decided not to attend the RHOBH reunion. It was a difficult time for her this season. On top of that, she doesn’t need the money. I’ll continue to watch LVP on Vanderpump Rules. I hope someday she will return to the RHOBH. I think it’ll just take time!

RHONY Recap: Life is Not a Cabaret

Greetings New York fans! It’s almost summer which means hot temps, beaches and housewives on vacation who can’t hold their liquor. Let’s begin shall we?

The ladies are still in Miami and (shocker) hungover while recapping their crazy night. Tinsley (in a very hungover, low voice) recaps her potential romance with Bethenny however the real news is the fact that Sonja’s drinking is out of control and needs to be addressed before it ruins the trip. Bethenny (shades and all) goes in to talk to Sonja about her drinking; however Sonja thinks she doesn’t have a problem because she can avoid drinking a few days a week. I’ve thought Sonja has needed to slow down for many seasons so I’m happy to see this mini intervention has finally taken place. Sonja is receptive about the meeting until the Countess comes in and with it comes a ‘holier than thou’ attitude which turns Sonja off. A reluctant Sonja finally agrees to go with Luann to a meeting to appease the ladies; however is clearly not feeling it.

Tins is planning her date with Brett but has to get the claws out as ‘Ramona the man eater’ is trying to steal him for herself and poor sweet Tinsley has to claim her territory. Sonja has other plans for the day as she is dressed for a beach party but is really going to an AA meeting with Lu while poor Barbara is left to be fed to the wolves. I feel for Barbara as she is a fish out of water here and her supposed friend Lu is so self absorbed that she hasn’t had the time to make sure Barbara has felt included.

While Sonja and Lu attend the meeting, the rest of the ladies lounge by the pool shocked that Sonja actually attended AA. Sonja is clearly an empathetic person and hearing other’s stories has affected her as she feels helpless she can’t help everyone that she just met. Lu and Sonja meet up with the other ladies (who ironically are drinking – not the best for ladies fresh out of an AA meeting) and perhaps that’s what triggered Sonja but something set the poor woman off. Sonja goes from 0 to 60 and bursts into tears as reality hits her as she realizes other people have genuine problems in this world. I find her behavior a bit disturbing this trip as whens she’s drinking she is drinking excessively and now when she’s sober she is breaking down out of nowhere. I think there is definitely something deeper going on with Sonja.

While the rest of the ladies are focused on getting Sonja out of whatever situation is triggering her, Luann is most focused on getting her ass to the beach. Luann is clearly feeling herself this season and the rest of the ladies are appalled that Luann is more concerned about seeing her Cabaret poster instead of checking on her friends. I’ll take the middle of the road in this situation as Luann has every right to be proud of herself and wanting to see her poster; however even I’m over Cabaret at this point so I can’t imagine how the other ladies feel as they are living it.

Lu finally returns to the house which ends in disaster as she and Sonja get into an explosive fight as Lu accuses Sonja of judging others in the meeting and wanting attention while Sonja calls Luann a diva. I do think Luann is a complete diva but she also hit rock bottom so perhaps the ladies should be a little more gentle in their delivery. All in all, I think all of these ladies are a little self-absorbed and have diva tendencies but that’s just part of being a housewife right?

Someone who is being selfless and a good friend is Bethenny who has her girl Tinsley’s back and sets her up on a date with Brett from the party. I love when Bethenny is a ‘girl’s girl’ and think it’s sweet that she went out of her way to set Tinsley up on a date. Of course Ramona is jealous that Tinsley is dating; however after seeing Tinsley’s date perhaps Ramona should have gone instead as Ramona has far more game. Tinsley is clearly a little neurotic and out of practice as her date consists of talking about her mugshot, being 43 with no kids and how her mom wants her to have children ASAP. Run for the hills Brett! Perhaps he decides to stay due to the fact that Tinsley doesn’t mess around on first dates and the two end up making out (getting flashbacks to her and Scott when they met); however perhaps he just wanted her to stop talking?

The other ladies meet Tins at the bar; however Tinsley’s endorphins from her date are drained the second Luann sits down. Luann complains that her massage was rushed and that her hair was done last and all I have to say is #RichPeopleProblems. Barbara decides this dinner is the time to spill her feelings to Lu that their friendship is one sided to which Luann decides can be mended with a big “Lu hug.” The other ladies try and stick up for Barbara by saying she put her friendship with Luann before anything else which inhibited her from forming friendships with the other ladies. Tinsley chimes in to defend Babs; however being a few martinis in ends up slurring her words. Luann sees a chink in the armor and decides to go in for the jugular by mocking Tinsley slurring her speech. Obviously this is a sore spot for Dorinda as something similar happened to her last year; however the person most affected was Bethenny. The B goes off on Luann saying she is ‘insufferable’ and accuses her of using her sobriety to leverage herself and to judge others. Bethenny then suffers a severe mental breakdown over the fact that her ex-fiance is dead and Dennis was the one who helped Luann with her legal situation. I think the fact that Dennis is no longer here and Luann is, but doesn’t seem to appreciate it, is the real root of Bethenny’s anger. Her breakdown is disturbing and I think the other ladies should have taken her out of the situation to calm down as I don’t think I’ve ever seen Bethenny like this. Perhaps Luann should take the ladies’ advice and look in the mirror as if you’re the only one who doesn’t see it, there’s probably a reason for it!

RHOBH Recap: Pardon our French

Bonjour Beverly Hills fans! We have departed from the hills of Beverly and have arrived at the quiet french countryside in Provence. When I say quiet I mean before the housewives arrive as you know they are going to terrorize the poor French.

Provence looks like it is straight out of a Disney storybook and I’m just waiting for Belle to come out and sing about her desire to have an ‘adventure in the great wide somewhere.’ Unfortunately since it’s Real Housewives it’s far from a fairy tale as we are down a few housewives. Obviously LVP is MIA; however Denise and Camille had to stay back as they were tragically affected by the Malibu wildfires.

The ladies arrive at the Chateau and it’s beyond breathtaking – so far this trip takes the cake out of all the housewives trips. The Chateau looks like it is a country home for European royalty and I’m just waiting for Kate Middleton to make a surprise appearance. I mean even Erika Jayne is impressed so that’s saying something!

As the ladies are in a Chateau, there is no room for glam squads however I’m impressed on how the ladies clean up and look fab doing their own hair and makeup. Best look of the night goes to Dorit in her sophisticated green smoking jacket/silk pajama set which seemed to fit the Chateau vibe perfectly. Before dinner, the ladies call Camille and Denise who are fortunately safe; however obviously still concerned as they have no update on how their homes are doing.

Dinner is served (and unfortunately it’s not an enchanted castle so there is no ‘Be Our Guest’ performed) and instead we get Rinna’s art of dinner conversation by bringing up the bunny and the Erika Jayne costume. Is this the best thing we have to talk about? Before they dig in, Kyle proposes a sweet speech to all of the women and the ladies seem to have a brief bonding moment and I can’t tell if it’s the beauty of France or the strong drinks flowing that brings the women together.

The happiness is briefly lived as the ladies wake up at 5 AM to a video of Camille’s Malibu mansion burning down. It’s traumatic for all of the ladies and of course there is some guilt felt as they are enjoying a beautiful French mansion while their friends are losing their homes. Denise and her family post a photo in full gas masks and had to go back to their home to save their animals. The Malibu fires were truly devastating and my heart goes out to everyone affected by them.

The next morning a hungover Erika and the rest of the ladies discuss the travesty of the fires as even on of Teddi’s coaches was affected by it. The ladies feel helpless as there is nothing they can do, so decide to live in the moment and visit a quaint French market. While Kyle stresses out over choosing a hat, Erika and Rinna try out the cheese stand (my kind of peeps.) The ladies sit down for lunch and Rinna shares that her daughter Amelia will be studying nutrition and psychology at school as she wants to help other struggling from eating disorders. The story inspires Kyle to open up about her own past struggle as she reveals she had an eating disorder when she was younger. Kyle reveals that at her worst, she weighed 99 lbs. and had V8 juice for meals. I feel it’s very common for women (especially growing up in an area such as L.A.) to struggle with food at some point in their lives so props to Amelia and Kyle for opening up about it.

After bonding over the lunch, the ladies explore the city where Dorit gives up the quote of all quotes by saying that walking around the Plaza makes her feel like she is in Europe. Perhaps that is because you are in Europe Dorit? The scenery is stunning and so far the trip seems to be going well (according to Erika it’s because LVP isn’t on the trip – talk about a jab!) Perhaps I’m in the minority but I enjoy seeing the cast get along and don’t need below the belt feuds to keep me interested. Of course there has to be some drama and that usually comes at dinner time after the ladies have had a few drinks. So what do we have in store for us this evening?

Well we start out with the ladies bringing their chicest, most fierce style to dinner and get a montage of how Teddi’s fashion sense has evolved from her romper and ponytail look from last season to high fashion this season. We also get a passive aggressive dig from Rinna who mentions that all the ladies love to dress fabulously minus Denise – ouch! The fashion forward ladies head out to dinner and once again Rinna’s Erika Jayne impression comes up in topic of conversation. Rinna blames her method acting on her poor manners towards Kim Richards; however Kyle isn’t buying it for a hot minute. I find it odd that the ladies keep talking about ‘Erika Jayne’ like it’s a fictional character vs. an actual person at the table. Oddly enough, it’s Teddi that seems to have the biggest problem with Rinna’s performance and says she would be offended if Rinna impersonated her and treated Kim like that. Rinna responds with how you would expect her to respond by telling Teddi she doesn’t care if she likes her or not. Teddi’s feelings are clearly hurt and I’m getting flashbacks to Teddi fleeing in tears from last season. Personally, I think Dorit hits the nail on the head in her talking head by saying that it seems that Teddi and Kyle are trying to bait Erika into saying something about Rinna’s impersonation.
