Jax has been known to have burnt some bridges in his past; however he remains on good terms with the big Daddy of Bravo himself, Andy Cohen.
After revealing that he and his wife Brittany would not be returning to Vanderpump Rules, Jax revealed a private text that Andy Cohen sent him upon his departure from the show. In his Instagram stories, Jax revealed the text Andy sent him, which stated:
“Incredible run dude. Amazing show and you were always the best, greatest sport. I have loved having you on WWHL and being on this ride with you.”
Jax seemed pleased with Andy’s classy outreach as he thanked his former boss and wished him luck on the upcoming season of VPR:
While recollections may have varied on whether Jax and Brittany were fired or walked away on their on, one thing is for certain is that they’re not looking to work a traditional 8-5 job anytime soon. On a recent episode of the Daddy Issues podcast with Joe Buck and Oliver Hudson Jax stated that he and Brittany “are not walking away from TV we are just gonna move on to something more family oriented. Less stress, no drama.”
Jax also seems to be trying to catch the eye of HGTV producers as his Instagram page is filled with HGTV references, despite no show being announced or rumored to be in the works. The new parents recently opened their home up to an episode of Open House, however Jax hinted that he would like to have a larger presence on the network by tagging the network in his posts:
Personally I think that the money is way too good from VPR for the couple to walk away on their own. I’m not surprised they are trying to get back onto TV as they have a family to support and I don’t see either of them working a traditional job. As for his relationship with Andy? I’m glad to see that the two remain on good terms as it’s never good to bite the hand that fed you.
