Tiffany Moon’s life is full of drama both on and off the TV screen.

The Real Housewives of Dallas star’s father-in-law David Moon is being hit with a civil lawsuit that accuses him of sexually assaulting a former employee.

According to Radar Online, David’s legal team is working hard to dismiss a 2019 lawsuit that is set to go to trial in June 2021.

Court documents say the plaintiff, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe, “filed a lawsuit against David, his relative Sam Moon, and their family real estate company Sam Moon Group.” Tiffany’s husband Daniel Moon also works at the family business.

The plaintiff worked as a cart girl at the Moon family’s golf course, Coyote Ridge Golf Club. She also filed a previous lawsuit against David and Sam.

Another alleged accuses Daniel and Sam of assault and battery.

In a separate lawsuit, the second victim claims that “David Moon and his sons, Daniel Moon and Sam Moon, have treated women as objects of their sexual urges instead of as the women—daughters, sisters, wives, and mothers—they are. They used Coyote Ridge Golf Club as their sexual playground.”

The first victim says David and Sam “forcible rubbed and/or grabbed Plaintiff’s buttocks multiple times. Defendant DAVID MOON and SAM MOON performed these acts without the consent of Plaintiff.”

Doe added that Tiffany’s father-in-law “forcible rubbed and/or grabbed Plaintiff’s breasts multiple times” while Tiffany’s husband David allegedly “rubbed his erect penis on Plaintiff multiple times.”

She also claims that the Moons were discriminatory in their hiring and only hired the “prettiest” women and didn’t hire “African Americans” because David felt they were “no good” and that “you can’t trust them.”

“The Defendants would also verbally abuse the Plaintiff and call her several derogatory names, including but not limited to, the following words and/or phrases: “stupid,” “ignorant,” “dumb,” “stupid white girl,” “arrogant white girl,” “uneducated,” “you look awful,” “you look sick,” “you don’t know anything,” the suit alleges.

The assaults took allegedly took place from April 2016 to April 2017.

Doe says she endured “many abusive comments made about her body as well as repeated incidents of assault, and battery.” She also said she witnessed other girls being victimized by David’s “predatory and illegal behavior.”

The victims also allege that David purchased the gold course to use as his personal playground and that he filled the club “with pretty, young female employees, whom he ordered to dress in skimpy outfits and serve at his beck and call. The women were expected to allow pats, grabs, rub, gropes, prods and fingers jammed in unwelcome places by David Moon because David Moon was the owner, and they were expected to make the owner happy.”

Court documents also state that the “Plaintiff alleges that it was not uncommon for the Defendants to sponsor and throw parties where girls ended up being raped.”

On top of that, the Moons are accused of threatening victims and witnesses to prevent complaints from being filed with the police.

Doe is suing for $1 million-plus in damages for “loss of self-esteem, loss of trust, depression, substance abuse, and thoughts of suicide.”

David and Same responded to the lawsuit by demanding the suit be thrown out of court. They allege that the victim never gave any specific dates when the alleged assaults took place. They believe the victim should be forced to reveal her identity in order to move the case forward.

The Moons then demanded all allegations of racism and excessive partying be tossed out of the lawsuit. They say the claims have nothing to with the claims of assault and battery.

Their attorney wrote, “These allegations are not only false and salacious; they have nothing to do with any cause of action asserted in the Petition.”

They also raised questions about the timing of the lawsuit and that Doe waited nearly two years before filing a lawsuit. They noted that Doe claims she was assaulted every month but never quit.

The parties involved in the case have been arguing for over a year about turning over documents and evidence. In January 2021, the Moons finally responded to the complaint and denied the allegations.

In April, the Moon’s lawyer “filed a motion to dismiss the corporate defendants.”

They “argued the court had no jurisdiction over the defendants” and “revealed the plaintiff is seeking $1.5 billion in damages.” A judge has yet to rule on the motion as a hearing is scheduled for May.

Tiffany met her husband Daniel in 2008 and they were engaged a year later. They share twins Chole and Madison. Tiffany is also stepmom to Daniel’s twins, Nathan and Nicole, from a previous relationship.

The reality TV star has made it known she’s unsure if she’ll be back for another season of RHOD.
