Some pipping hot Erika Jayne tea has been spilled!

An anonymous report from Bravosnarkside says that Andy Cohen’s claims that Erika “can’t do press” because her attorney advises against it are apparently not true.

The real reason Erika isn’t doing press for season 11 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is that the network wants exclusive access to Erika’s “truth.”

According to a source, “Fans of RHOBH should really think twice about Andy Cohen claiming Erika isn’t doing press right now because her attorneys do not advise it.”

“When clearly Erika says whatever she wants on social media without restraint. Erika can also say whatever she chooses on the show as we have seen her defend Tom and claim ignorance to the source of the stolen millions,” the source continued. “This is just another example of Bravo being greedy and wanting the exclusive on everything Erika claims as her ‘truth.'”

The source didn’t stop there and noted that “the victims of Tom and Erika should consider Bravo an obstruction to the justice they seek, including monetary damages.”

On top of that, the source pointed out that the Fox Force Five “have been given special permission from bravo to be guests on Teddi’s podcast while the season airs and have used the platform to defend Erika exclusively.”

“Teddi’s podcast should give the victims and their attorneys even more evidence to subpoena the cast of RHOBH along with the footage and cut scenes from the show,” the insider added.

Teddi Mellencamp stands up for former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Erika Jayne. While doing so she calls Sutton Stracke “hypocritical” for being worried about her reputation when it comes to Erika’s legal issues.

“I can’t imagine how challenging this has been for [Erika]. I’m proud that she’s been able to be so open. I think Erika’s excellent at being a really good friend to other people and I think it’s hard for her to let people in,” Teddi told Us Weekly on the “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast. “I think that even though people may want more and every single crumb of detail, this is more than she ever has shared before and I think that goes to show how much she’s probably really been struggling.”

During the September 1 episode of RHOBH, Sutton continued to question Erika about her divorce from her estranged husband Tom Giardi and their mounting legal battles.

The All-In accountability coach continued, “I do think it’s a little bit hypocritical to never ask somebody questions about their personal life to then all of a sudden want all of the questions answered. Like nobody was grilling her about all of these personal details before, they were just letting it be. Nobody knew who Sutton was before Real Housewives, nobody even knew who I was either, but if you’re really concerned about your reputation, if you want to uphold, like, an amazing reputation and all of the charities you’re in and all the things, you don’t go on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. … so that argument is a little flawed for me.”

It’s no secret that Erika Jayne feels she’s being unfairly dragged into her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s bankruptcy case. Now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is questioning why she’s being dragged into the financial drama while Tom’s alleged mistress faces no legal troubles.

On Twitter, Erika made her opinion clear by liking several tweets about the situation from an RHOBH fan.

“If Ronald Richards is coming for Erika because Tom gave her money, she didn’t know where it was coming from! I suggest he should go after his mistresses, his partners, the politicians he donated money to, Tom’s family…! #RHOBH @erikajayne,” the fan wrote.

As we’ve previously reported, Ronald Richards is the lawyer investing Tom’s bankruptcy case and Erika’s alleged involvement in his fraud and embezzlement.

Richards has made it clear he doesn’t care that Erika claims she knew nothing about Tom’s embezzlement, so she shouldn’t have to pay back any of the money she received from him or his Girardi Keese law firm.

The fan didn’t stop there and continued to defend Erika for “actually showing up” on RHOBH and “taking the hits” she’s been getting, unlike former RHOBH stars Lisa Vanderpump and Denise Richards.

“Denise and LVP got so much support for not showing up because they were ganged up on! ERIKA is SHOWING UP taking the hits and gets hated on? y’all are [a] bunch of hypocrites lol #RHOBH,” the fan continued. 

Said fan added, “It’s crazy to me how Erika has to pay for her husband’s mistakes; it’s absolutely unfair! If she has to pay, then the mistresses, the family members, the politicians’ Tom donated money to, the partners have to pay back too! let’s make it fair and square! #RHOBH.”

Erika Jayne’s friendships on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are folding faster than a deck of cards.

According to a new report from The Sun, Erika is “furious” with costar Kyle Richards’ “two-faced friendship.” Erika is so pissed off that at Kyle that she plans to “confront her at the reunion.”

A source close to the star reveals that Erika is less than thrilled seeing how the women were talking about her behind her back on the show.

“Erika’s so upset with her costars watching the show back because they backstab her behind her back,” the insider said.

The source continued: “She’s most furious with Kyle. She feels Kyle was the most two-faced to her and their friendship won’t be the same. Kyle’s tried to check-in since but Erika has had enough. They’ll settle their problems at the reunion.”

The insider concluded: “She has a bone to pick with Dorit [Kemsley] too but her focus will be defending herself and calling out Kyle.”

Per the source, the highly-anticipated season 11 reunion will film on September 9 and 10 in Los Angeles.

“She’s preparing for battle and she knows she will be hit with tough questions. So she is putting a lot of time into her preparation and working closely with her attorneys to plan how to respond to certain questions,” the source explained. “They have briefed her and instructed her what to not say or how to phrase certain things. Her legal team isn’t thrilled with some of the footage they’ve seen from this season and want to make sure Erika doesn’t make anymore on-camera mistakes.”

Garcelle Beauvais wants OG Housewife Lisa Vanderpump to return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She’d also like to see Kris Jenner join the franchise to add some fresh drama to the mix.

“I would never say never, but I can’t see Kris Jenner doing it. But then again, I never thought Kathy Hilton would join,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

When asked if she thinks Kris, 65, would be a good addition to the RHOBH cast, Garcelle didn’t hesitate and said,  “I could get along with Kris Jenner. Over the years I’ve seen her, she’s smart, she’s opinionated, and she’s been in the business forever.”

While on the topic of future additions to the franchise, Garcelle admitted that now would be a great time to bring back LVP.

“I know the fans would love to see Lisa… I don’t know her, but I think she’d bring the show some new energy,” she added.

LVP infamously left the franchise halfway through filming season nine after being accused of planting negative stories in the press against c0star and former good friend Dorit Kemsley behind the scenes.

Garcelle would also love for some Hollywood males to join in on the RHOBH drama.

“What I’d like to see is maybe bring on a house husband… Not just a husband who is in the background, but a hands-on one,” she noted.
