The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills got their Apres Ski while on the season 12 cast trip in Aspen, CO however it turns out there was also a sh*t ton of drama that went down between the ladies.

According to an eyewitness, the cast got into a major blowout over costar Erika Jayne the night before. Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais, Kathy Hilton, and Crystal Minkoff decided to rehash the drama the next day at a cafe called Felix.

Meanwhile, Dorit Kemsley, Erika, and RHOBH newbie Sanela Diana Jenkins went shopping to avoid the rest of the group.

“After a blowout fight, last night; Erika, Dorit & Diana have left the house and haven’t been in contact with the other ladies. Apparently, Erika has been drinking a lot lately and the other women are concerned. Rinna used the word “Intervention.” Not in a rehab sense,” the source explained. “Rinna seems to be in a good place with Garcelle and Sutton. Sounded like Rinna has gotten to a point where she can no longer defend Erika. Talk of Erika being in a really bad place and triggered by anyone referring to the victims.”

“Sounded as if Erika lashed out hard at most of the women last night especially Sutton with name-calling etc. Other ladies said it got ugly and weren’t defending her. Talk of Erika refusing to give up earrings and pissed at the insinuation that she should,” the source continued.

“Diana and Erika have hit it off and Diana is latching on to her. Dorit feels bad for Erika and [is] trying to help her out. Really seemed like there is beginning to be a rift between Erika and Rinna although Rinna sounded genuinely concerned for her,” the source added. “Something I left off my thread is that Rinna openly said that Erika is on two anti-depressants and drinking heavily on them. Dorit was trying to calm her down when Erika lashed out and told Dorit that people were insinuating that her home robbery was fake.”

“Erika Diana & Dorit after an intense talk while shopping. They don’t want to see the others and Erika has zero interest in any of them. They are still very much here,” the source concluded.

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.

Erika Jayne may have won a battle but she’s still fighting a war.

Over the weekend, an Illinois court dismissed Erika from the fraud and embezzlement lawsuit against her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.

“Pursuant to stipulation, plaintiff’s claims against defendants EJ Global LLC and Erika Girardi are dismissed without prejudice and without costs,” read court documents filed in the Northern District of Illinois on Saturday, January 29.

Some Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans quickly celebrated the legal victory, however, it was quickly revealed that the same charges were going to be re-filed against Erika in California.

This move is being made to “avoid fights over jurisdiction,” according to attorney Jay Edelson, who filed the lawsuit in Illinois against Tom in 2020.

“Nah. We dismissed to refile in California to avoid needless motion practice on jurisdiction. No way are we letting this go. (But as we told the court, we are exploring settlement. Every dollar will go to the victims),” Edelson tweeted.

He continued, “The suit is being refiled in California (to avoid fights over jurisdiction). No chance we are letting @erikajayne off the hook, especially given the evidence we have found. All money will go fully to the victims until they are made whole.”

Attorney Ronald Richards, who infamously made it his goal to link Erika to Tom’s alleged crimes, also chimed in.

“Dismissal entered against Erika Girardi in the Illinois action. This means that within minutes, Plaintiffs can upload a new action on the Fed. Docket in CA and commence a 3rd lawsuit on her. We would not be surprised if this happens within the next 48 hours,” he shared.

Richards also addressed the “fake news” that Erika was “exonerated from all claims.”

Erika’s lawyer Evan Borges released a statement to Page Six about the news and claimed victory for his client.

“I’d like to see Edelson and everyone else take the high road going forward and not make accusations against Erika without evidence,” Borges said.

“We want Edelson to get the most complete picture of the evidence as possible, and have no issue with further investigation. But the truth matters. Here, the truth is that Erika had no role in the Lion Air dealings, actions, or inaction as between the attorneys and their clients, and she never received any of the Lion Air client settlement funds.”

Borges noted that Edelson can re-file the charges against Erika in California however he added that Erika’s dismissal  “from the federal lawsuit that triggered bankruptcies of Girardi Keese and Tom Girardi is extremely important.”

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.

Erika Jayne’s lawyer is blasting reports that she knew jewelry she received from her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was purchased using stolen client funds.

“First, Erika is completely innocent,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s lawyer Evan Borges said in a court filing obtained by Page Six on Wednesday. “Not even the trustee alleges that Erika knew the source of funds that her wealthy husband used to buy her a gift of earrings 15 years ago (which replaced a prior set of earrings bought years prior to that).”

Per court documents, Erika has agreed to a “showing of good faith,” which means she will not sell or transfer the ownership of the earrings until an investigation takes place.

The jewelry will be held in third-party escrow until a “final order is entered.”

As we previously reported, the trustee overseeing Tom’s bankruptcy case alleges that the once famed lawyer purchased the earrings in March 2007 when he issued a check from the GK Client Trust Account to M&M Jewelers for $750,000. He later gave them to Erika as a gift.

Tom listed the jewelry purchase as a “cost” in the GK Rezulin Trust Account ledger and never gave further details on the payment. The Rezulin Trust ledger shows that Tom took over $22 million from the account over the years.

Attorney Ronald Richards told Page Six, “By mislabeling these as ‘costs,’ the clients got less money. This was an outright theft of client money.”

Erika’s lawyer, on the other hand, insists the trustee’s claims are “inadmissible hearsay based on no statement from anyone with personal knowledge, and which amounts to random Girardi Keese (‘GK’) records that the trustee stated only months ago were in complete disarray and unreliable.”

He also slammed the trustee for trying to make Erika responsible “for the conduct of others, including her now-estranged husband who is under a court-ordered conservatorship and allegedly mentally incompetent.”

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.
