Luann de Lesseps Says RHONY is ‘Not Going Anywhere’ Despite Bravo Putting Season 14 on Pause

Don’t worry, Bravo fans; according to Countess Luann, the Real Housewives of New York franchise is here to stay!

Luann de Lesseps says that the New York Housewives franchise is “not going anywhere” despite Bravo putting season 14 on pause.

While appearing on The Wendy Williams Show in November, Andy Cohen confirmed that RHONY was “on pause” following season 13.

“We have a lot of casting happening, and we’re looking at every option,” Andy said at the time.

“‘New York’ is not going anywhere,” Luann told Page Six, adding that she’s being patient as the network “[gets] casting in order” for season 14.

She admits she was initially “disappointed” when she heard the news about the temporary break on filming but quickly saw the silver lining.

“I got to say, I’ve been so busy with my cabaret tour and shows and getting ready that it’s kind of a blessing that we weren’t filming this fall because I really needed the time,” she confessed. “When I got that call, I was in St. Tropez, and they said, ‘You don’t have to be back.’ I was like, ‘Yes!’ And I stayed a little longer.”

Luann noted she has little input when it comes to casting but insists she’s open to a few new apple holders joining the cast.

“The casting is not up to me, obviously. Of course, they weigh in with [me] because I’ve been around for a long time,” she said. “I try to go into things with no preconceived notions like I did on the ‘Ultimate Girls Trip.’ I didn’t have any expectations. I just wanted to have the full experience.”

She continued, “I feel the same way about casting, and I’ve heard that they’ve got some great candidates. I don’t know who’s staying, who’s going, but I’m looking forward to the next season. It’s going to be a strong one.”

As for Eboni K. Williams’ possible return for season 14, Luann said, “I don’t know who’s coming and who’s not coming back. But I think we all landed in a very good place with [Eboni] at the end of the season. Even though we didn’t have the reunion, I felt like we landed and ended in a good place. I’m not opposed to having her back. Let’s see what happens.”

Shannon Beador Admits She Was an ‘A–hole’ for Spreading Gossip About the Heather and Terry Dubrow

On Wednesday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon Beador admitted that she was in the wrong and an “a–hole” for spreading gossip about Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow.

During an off-camera scene in episode one of season 16, Shannon told co-stars Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson about newbie Nicole James allegedly suing Heather’s husband, Dr. Dubrow, years prior, over a botched boob job.

“I made a mistake,” Shannon confessed co-star Gina Kirschenheiter over drinks. “And I’m an a–hole for doing it.”

After Shannon accepted accountability for her role in the drama, Gina said she was willing to fix their fractured friendship.

“Here we are; I can only work with what we have now. And at the end of the day, I really do care about you,” Gina explained to Shannon.

“I’m in such a positive place and happy place,” Shannon noted before adding, “The last thing I want to do is fight, be involved in drama, and have anything negative.”

Gina replied, “This is going in the right direction. I think we both just had to get it out.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.

Kathy Hilton Signs on for Season 12 of RHOBH

She’s bacckkkkk!

Kathy Hilton has officially signed on for season 12 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.

This news comes almost two months after cameras started rolling on season 12.

Kyle Richards’ oldest sister signed onto the season following contract negotiations between herself and Bravo.

Production on season 12 is set to conclude towards the end of February.

Rumors have been swirling that Kathy wanted more money to return for season 12. According to one report, Kathy wanted a whopping $2 million to return.

The socialite joined the show in October 2020 as a friend of the Housewives and quickly became a fan favorite with her humor and quirky personality. Not to mention the glamour and luxe lifestyle she brought to the show.

“Kathy’s done her homework,” the insider told Life & Style earlier this month. “Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss and New York City’s alum Bethenny Frankel made way over $1 million per season, so Kathy’s people have told Bravo she wants to be paid somewhere in that range.” 

“The way Kathy sees it, she has nothing to lose,” added the insider. “While doing the show was fun, she doesn’t need it. She can easily go back to her fabulous life without missing a beat.” 

Meanwhile, Kathy has been playing coy when asked if she was planning to return for another season of drama on RHOBH.

“I don’t know what I’m doing tomorrow,” she told E! News, “The reason I’m not back yet is I’ve just been doing a wedding. Everybody speculates and all that, but I’ve been busy and haven’t had a chance to really focus and talk with my team and see, you know, what’s going on.”

“I absolutely love the show; I have to tell you,” she added. “A lot of people will be on a show, and then they’ll talk about it, or they’ll badmouth it, [but] I loved all of the girls. I loved the crew in that season. I cannot make one complaint.”

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.

Kelly Dodd Agrees With Jeff Lewis’ Comments That Heather Dubrow is ‘Not a Good Person’

Obsessed much?!?! Kelly Dodd just can’t seem to stop obsessing over former Real Housewives of Orange County, costar Heather Dubrow.

The former OC Housewife agreed with Jeff Lewis’ recent comments that Heather is “not a good person.” 

As we previously reported, the former Flipping Out star appeared on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where he insisted he would NEVER make amends with Heather like he recently did with Vicki Gunvalson.

“It is never gonna f–king happen. Sorry,” Jeff quipped.

“Only because Vicki is a good person. Heather Dubrow is not,” he added. “Only because I’ve witnessed how she treated people, and I will never, ever… I’ll never forget, I’ll never forgive.”

Kelly added her two cents by commenting.

“He’s right! ask any waiter or service industry person in the OC. She treats everyone like they are beneath her!!” Kelly commented under a post on the Bravo Housewives Instagram on Monday.

Jill Zarin Thinks Bravo’s RHONY Reboot Need Her Not Bethenny Frankel Plus Bethenny Reveals What It Would Take For Her To Return

Jill Zarin has some very strong opinions about Bravo’s plans to reboot the Real Housewives of New York for season 14 and beyond, especially when it comes to casting.

“Listen, I don’t think they could do it without Ramona. They need Ramona. They need Luann, and I think they need me,” Jill told Showbiz Cheatsheet. Jill notes that she hasn’t been asked back to RHONY but is open to the possibility.

She then admitted that she no longer speaks to her former BFF, Bethenny Frankel, and believes the RHONY cast has “had it” with her.

Jill also quipped that she doesn’t believe Bravo should bring Bethenny back to the show.

“I don’t talk to her, and I don’t think she should come back,” Jill said. “I think that she’s said too many horrible things about the show and the network. She called it napalm. I mean, they’ll pay a fortune to come back. And basically, the job would be to be mean and cutting to all the girls and make them all look bad. And I think the girls have had it.”

Meanwhile, Bethenny recently revealed on her podcast, Just B With Bethenny, what it would take for her to return to RHONY.

“Give me real and authentic, somewhat authentic,” she said. “But if could there be some element of authenticity that I could cling onto and not feel like I’m gonna go shoot for four months and make a f***ton of money.”

“I miss the humor,” she confessed. “Even right now, it’s a different type of outlook; it’s a different type of humor that I miss. It’s running commentary. You can be judgmental. Humor always wins, with the exception of saying something inappropriate or racist or off-color or something politically incorrect. Correct humor wins.”

Production on Season 12 of RHOBH Shut Down After Lisa, Erika, and Garcelle Test Positive For COVID

Positive and not in a good way!

Production on season 12 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been halted after three of the franchise’s stars tested positive for COVID-19.

Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne and Garcelle Beauvais have all test positive for COVID-19.

According to Page Six, Rinna was the first to test positive after the RHOBH cast, including Jayne, Beauvais, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, and Crystal Kung Minkoff, all walked the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards on December 7.

After Lisa informed the group of her status, Erika and Garcelle learned they were positive for COVID.

While Bravo has pressed pause on filming group scenes until everyone in the RHOBH cast tests negative, the network is still open to filming individual scenes with the COVID-free cast members.

Sources close to Bravo note that the entire RHOBH cast is vaccinated.

Garcelle shared her COVID positive status with fans on Monday via Instagram.

“I found out that I tested positive for COVID. I feel OK. I’m sure I will continue to feel OK. My boys are being tested. So far, they’ve tested negative, and we’re going to continue testing them,” she said in a video.

“Send movie or TV recommendations because I will be quarantining for the next few days — well, not few, probably 10,” she added. “This stuff is crazy. Be careful out there, be safe.”

Rinna and Erika have yet to comment on their COVID diagnosis publicly.

Judge Denies Jen Shah’s Motion To Dismiss Fraud Case

Jen Shah will be standing trial.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star will be forced to face the music, and the fraud charges against her after a judge denied her request to dismiss the case against her on Friday.

“Dismissal of an indictment is an extreme sanction that is to be utilized only in the rare case,” wrote Judge Sidney H. Stein in the order obtained by PEOPLE.

Jen requested the case against her be dismissed after Hulu’s documentary The Housewife and the Shah Shocker premiered on Monday, November 29. According to the reality TV star, the documentary “severely jeopardized” her ability to obtain a fair trial. Her legal team also had concerns that the documentary would bias the jury pool.

However, the judge in the case insisted there was “no evidence whatsoever” to prove that Hulu’s documentary would compromise Jen’s trial.

Jen is facing up to 30 years in prison. She is set to stand trial in March 2022.

In March 2021, Jen and her assistant, Stuart Smith, were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering in connection to a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme against the elderly. She maintains her innocence.

Former Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis makes it clear that he will NEVER make amends with Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow.

The Bravoleb appeared on Sunday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where he was asked he could ever see himself making amends with Heather like he recently did with Vicki Gunvalson.

“It is never gonna f–king happen. Sorry,” Jeff quipped.

“Only because Vicki is a good person. Heather Dubrow is not,” he added. “Only because I’ve witnessed how she treated people, and I will never, ever… I’ll never forget, I’ll never forgive.”

Their longtime feud began in 2016 on WWHL when Jeff accused Heather of being rude to waitstaff at one of Shannon Beador’s parties.

“The one thing that gets me is when people are rude to the waitstaff,” he explained at the time. “I mean, I worked in a restaurant when I was in college. It was really obnoxious. It was really bad.”

The RHOC star fired back on Twitter and accused Jeff of being was “beyond rude” to her at the party.

A year later, Jeff continued his feud with Heather on WWHL, calling her a bevy of names, including, “inauthentic, pretentious,” and “condescending.”

Heather went on to claim that Jeff commented on her physical appearance and told her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, that she should “cop to all her plastic surgery, and she’d be a lot better off.”

Meanwhile, when it comes to Jeff’s longtime feud with the OG of the OC, they reconciled in November 2021 during an episode of his SiriusXM radio show Jeff Lewis Live.

Vicki showed her support for Jeff by reposting his digs at Heather on her Instagram feed along with the caption: “Thanks @jljefflewis for the nice compliment. So glad we reconciled. I love you, and thanks for all your support @bravoandy @bravowwhl #bravo.”

Despite Reports Sutton Stracke and Crystal Minkoff Are Returning For Season 12 as Full-Time Cast Members

Not so fast!

Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff’s roles as full-time cast members are safe despite reports hinting that producers were demoting one season 11 diamond holder.

According to Radar Online, both Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars will be returning as full-time cast members for season 12.

Neither Sutton nor Crystal have been demoted to “friends of” the Housewives and will resume their roles as full-time Housewives when the show returns with new episodes in 2022.

Sources close to the cast tell Radar that any gossip about producers being unhappy with Sutton and Crystal’s performances while filming season 12 is “inaccurate.”

Rumors began to swirl that either Crystal or Sutton could be on the chopping block after a tipster told Deux Moi that one of the season 11 cast members would not be holding a diamond for season 12.

The unidentified source said the Housewife spent her first season gong after one of the more seasoned stars on the show.

The tipster also claimed that this “quiet and boring” Houswife was going to be one of the franchise’s “one-hit wonders” because producers weren’t “seeing anything interesting” from her while filming season 12.
