Judge Orders Erika Jayne’s AMEX Bills To Be Turned Over In Tom Girardi’s Bankruptcy Case

A not so pretty mess!

A federal judge has ordered American Express to turn over credit card statements belonging to Tom Girardi. It is believed that the credit card statements will detail the millions of dollars spent by Tom’s estranged wife Erika Jayne over the last decade.

According to Radar Online, who obtained court documents, the judge overseeing Tom’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case has approved a motion by the trustee to review Erika and Tom’s credit card statements.

“While the Debtor’s bank statements contain general line item entries relating to the payments, no additional information was found in the Debtor’s records that sheds any light on the nature of the payments made, or if the Debtor received reasonably equivalent value in exchange for the payments. The trustee’s review did reveal, however, substantial payments made by the Debtor to American Express,” the docs read.

The court documents reveal that Tom’s Girardi Keese law firm issued credit cards to several employees, including the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. The latter reportedly had two cards in her name.

Tom’s former clients, who never received the millions they were awarded, believe he used their settlement funds to fund his and Erika’s lavish lifestyle. Erika insists she did not know about the misappropriated funds; however, that doesn’t fly as she still may be on the hook for the reported $25 million Tom gave her EJ Global company.

RHOBH will return to Bravo for season 12 in 2022.

The word on the street is that Mia Thornton’s time on Bravo is coming to an end!

On Sunday rumors began to swirl that Mia was exiting the Real Housewives of Potomac after only one season.

While it’s unclear if Mia was fired or quit the show, all we do know is that she reportedly won’t be a part of season 7 of the franchise.

Let’s dive into what we do, which TBH isn’t a lot but there’s still quite a bit to unpack.

It seems that gossip about a Potomac Housewife either quitting or being fired started going around over the weekend. Many believe the gossip is about Mia however some believe it could be about Askale Davis or even Wendy Osefo.

The report of Mia’s alleged firing or quitting really started to swirl when The Peach Report Daily tweeted: “*pretends to be shocked* #RHOP.”

After news broke that Mary didn’t attend the season 2 reunion, some crazy rumors popped up about her on social media.

The rumors are pretty shocking – like jaw-dropping, which is why we are going to preface that these are mere allegations and should be taken with a grain of salt.

According to various blurbs on social media, Mary was allegedly having an affair with Cameron Williams, a former member of her church, who appeared on season 2 as a friend of Lisa Barlow.

One report from Bravo and Cocktails read: “The housewife who didn’t show to the reunion? She was having a long-term affair with someone who was shown this season (RIP). Also, her funds have dried up, probably why she continued to do the show but hated it.”

Tamra Judge Says Vicki Gunvalson is ‘Having a Hard Time’ Over Steve Lodge’s Engagement

Tamra Judge reveals that Vicki Gunvalson is struggling amid her ex-fiancé Steve Lodge’s engagement.

As we previously reported, Steve got engaged to Janis Carlson on December 20. The couple went public with their relationship on Christmas Day via Instagram while simultaneously announcing their engagement.

While Vicki has vowed to no longer speak about Steve in the media, that’s not stopping her BFF and her former Real Housewives of Orange County costar from doing her dirty work.

“[Vicki’s] really sad about it; she’s having a hard time,” Tamra told co-host Teddi Mellencamp, 40, on the latest episode of their “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast.

It turns out Vicki is struggling with Steve’s engagement and about turning 60 and being single.

“She just can’t understand. She doesn’t want to be single,” Tamra said. “She’s coming up on her 60th birthday, and all she can talk about is, ‘I don’t want to be single! I am 60; I want to be in a relationship!’”

However, Tamra thinks that Vicki “dodged a bullet” by splitting with Steve as “He’s been engaged seven times.”

According to Tamra, Vicki and Steve’s relationship started to go “sideways” in February 2020 when the OG of the OC bought a retirement condo in Puerto Vallarta. She claims that by October 2020, Steve had blocked Vicki on Instagram and was living in the condo full time.

“[Steve] was there full time, and [Vicki] has a job. She’s got an office; she owns a business, so she couldn’t be there all the time,” Tamra alleged. “Then there started being this distance. They started fighting, and then he blocked her on Instagram. It started to become very high school-ish.”

Tamra alleges that Steve came crawling back to Vicki eight months after blocking Vicki on Instagram. This move coincided with Steve announcing his run for Governor of California. He quickly moved back into her new Coto, California home and encouraged the former reality TV star to wear her engagement ring again.

After Steve lost the race, he dumped Vicki and moved in with his now-fiancée.

“He had to have been dating her while he was living with Vicki in Coto,” Tamra claimed.

Tamra says that Vicki is “adjusting” to the split and is “still hurt” by Steve’s actions.

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.

Raquel Leviss Talks Split With James Kennedy; Reveals She Made an Exit Plan

Raquel Leviss is getting honest about her split with James Kennedy.

The Vanderpump Rules star appeared on costar Scheana Shay’s podcast, “Scheananigans” podcast Friday, where she revealed she had an exit plan in place before calling off her engagement from James.

The 27-year-old SURver admitted that she was “concerned” about how James would react when she ended their relationship, which is why she had a strategic plan in place.

“It was kind of at Thanksgiving where I realized that I didn’t want to be in this relationship anymore,” Raquel explained.

“And because James does have a history of acting out and being angry, my mom and I were both concerned that he wasn’t going to have a good reaction when I told him, so I wasn’t planning on saying anything until he went out of town,” she added. “He doesn’t even know this.”

Days after realizing she wanted to end her relationship with James, the Pump Rules couple headed to Disneyland with costars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.

“I felt like I had to put on an act for that, just to make sure that I was safe. Disneyland just isn’t as fun when you aren’t in love with the person that you’re with anymore, so it wasn’t my favorite experience,” she said. “I’m so happy that Ariana and Tom came.”

Raquel says she and James eventually ended their 5-year relationship after watching an episode of Vanderpump Rules.

The former couple got into an argument while watching Pump Rules in preparation for the season 9 reunion, which was taped in early December.

She explained to James that he “didn’t support [her] emotionally” while filming season 9. This news upset the DJ.

“He was like, ‘Oh, I didn’t know that you felt that way.’ And the conversation just kept going … and it was like word vomit. ‘This is how I’ve been feeling, and I can’t keep it in any longer because I’m not being an honest person, and I’m lying to you, and I don’t feel comfortable with this,’” she recalled. “So I just told him that my heart isn’t in it anymore.”

Raquel also told James that she doesn’t like the way he  “[treats] other people” and that “a piece of me dies inside each time you mistreat somebody.”

He attempted to do whatever he could to mend their relationship, asking, “So he’s like, ‘What do I need to do? Can I change your mind? Is there anything? Please give me another chance.’”

However, Raquel told him that she wasn’t interested in staying together.

“He was like, ‘OK, I see it in your eyes. It’s over,’” she said of James’ reaction.

“He was listening to me. I was preparing for the worst, and it was the best possible outcome, I guess, that it could have been because he really did listen to me and was understanding of where I was coming from,” she said. “He respected my decision. ‘If your heart isn’t in it anymore, then I understand; we need to go our separate ways.’”

Raquel was having second thoughts about marrying James because he wasn’t “meshing well” with her family.

“The future of Thanksgivings and Christmases and holidays was looking like it was going to be either James’ or my family. Especially if we had a baby, James would make my parents out as the not-good grandparents and kind of put that in [our kids’] heads,” she claimed. “Foreseeing this future and what it was all coming down to, and I was like … I don’t want that.”

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Mary Cosby Skips RHOSLC Season 2 Reunion; Reportedly Won’t Be Returning For Season 3

Mary Cosby continues to keep Bravo fans guessing.

Late Friday, rumors began to swirl that Mary skipped the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 2 reunion which was filmed on Thursday.

“A source confirms, Mary Cosby indeed did not attend the #RHOSLC season 2 reunion taping. That likely means she is not coming back for season 3, which I hear is set to start filming in the coming weeks…” Entertainment Tonight‘s Brice Sander reported on Twitter.

Andy Cohen later confirmed that Mary didn’t attend the reunion during a Q & A on his Instagram Story.

“Sadly, no,” Andy replied to a fan who asked if Mary was at the season 2 reunion.

Meanwhile, Page Six reports that Mary skipped the reunion because she was scared about being grilled about the controversial comments she made during season 2.

“Mary did not attend the reunion,” a source close to production revealed.

A second insider said Mary “did not want to confront the controversy surrounding her this season.”

The source continued, “She was terrified of getting grilled about her ‘racist’ comments made toward Jennie [Nguyen] and Jen [Shah]. She also did not want to discuss the accusations that she runs a cult.”

Production on season 3 of RHOSLC is set to begin in the next few weeks. The insider added that Mary will “most likely” not be asked back.

“Skipping out on the reunion is a big no-no for ‘Housewives,” said the insider noted.  “This was the kiss of death for Mary. She hardly has any alliances left in the cast, who hoped she would have shown up to the reunion to take accountability for her behavior and the allegations about her church.”

Brice Sanders backed up reports that Mary will most likely not be asked to return for season 3.

“For everyone asking about the contractual part of skipping a Housewives reunion, it’s my understanding that the women receive a hefty chunk of their salary for a season only after attending and taping the reunion. Therefore, skipping the reunion = some lost money,” Brice explained on Twitter.

“Jacqueline Laurita is the only Housewife to have skipped a reunion and stayed on the show for the next season. That’s because the reunion she skipped (RHONJ 3) was filmed while they were in production on season 4. Bravo has never filmed a reunion while also in production since,” he added.

He then clarified, “**Skipped as in actively chose not to attend. Medical/health absences have been excused in the past (eg, Luann de Lesseps, Kim Richards).”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s credit card, specifically her American Express, will be examined as part of her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s ongoing bankruptcy case.
