Kyle Richards Unloads Bel Air Home For $6.1M After 5 Years on the Market

Bye-Bye, Bel Air!

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are saying goodbye to their former Bel Air home.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple sold their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom Bel Air abode for $6.1 million.

Initally the home was put on the market for $7 million in 2017; however, the reality TV couple dropped the asking price to $6.495 just before the holiday season.

Despite the drop in asking price, Kyle and Mauricio are still set to profit from the sale. The couple purchased the home for $3.05 million in 2011.

The property is also known as the Milldale estate and boasts 6,200 square feet.

The amenities include a theater, pool, multipurpose sports court, putting green, and several gathering areas that boast an “elegant traditional-style” to make for the “ultimate entertainer’s home.”

Emily Simpson Says She Saw ‘Red Flags’ In Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge’s Relationship; Says Steve is an ‘Opportunist’

Red flags all around!

Emily Simpson reveals that she saw the “red flags” in Vicki Gunvalson’s now-former relationship with Steve Lodge.

“I wasn’t surprised [about their split] just because when we were at her engagement party I remember talking to Vicki’s brother and her brother told me at the engagement party that they were never gonna get married and [Steve] wasn’t into her. So I was like, ‘Wow, that was a lot,’” Emily admitted on the January 18 episode of Us Weekly’s “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast. “I felt like he was an opportunist and I think the red flags were there.”

Earlier this month, Steve announced his engagement to Janis Carlson, which comes three months after his split from Vicki.

Vicki quickly dubbed Steve a “fame whore [who] is all about staying relevant.”

Oddly enough Emily agrees with Vicki’s point of view.

“I just think Vicki wanted her love tank filled and she wanted it to work out and she wanted to see the best him,” Emily explained. “She thought they had a future together, but I think he was, you know, in it for the camera time or whatever, and then he moved on. So, you know, I feel badly for her.”

Despite her rocky relationship with the OG of the OC, Emily would like to see Vicki back on the Real Housewives of Orange County.

“I wouldn’t mind Vicki back on the show. I think Vicki’s good on the show,” Emily confessed. “I think she’s funny and I think she’s quirky and I think she says funny things and I think she does funny things and I think she’s good TV.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.

The very recent past is coming back to haunt the newest Salt Lake City Housewife.

Jennie Nguyen faces backlash after several controversial and offensive social media posts from 2020 came to light this week.

The posts, all from 2020, cover a bevy of controversial topics, including promoting “white lives matter” while condemning George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests.

She also posted and reposted cartoons and images using phrases like “BLM Thugs” and “Violent Gangs.”

Within hours Jennie’s posts spread across social media like wildfire. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star issued a public statement after her controversial Facebook posts resurfaced.

“I want to acknowledge and apologize for my deleted Facebook posts from 2020 that resurfaced today. At the time, I thought I was speaking out against violence, but I have since learned how offensive and hurtful my words were. It’s why I deactivated that account more than a year ago and why I continue to try to learn about perspectives different from my own. I regret those posts and am sincerely sorry for the pain they caused,” Jennie wrote in a statement.

While Jennie claims she deleted her Facebook more than a year ago, however, several outlets, including Page Six and Bravo By Betches, revealed that Jennie’s Facebook is still active as of Wednesday, January 19.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is returning to Bravo in February, and from the looks of it, the Queens of Jersey understood the assignment: Bring the drama!

For the fourth season in a row, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, and Jackie Goldschneider are returning for another drama-filled season of RHONJ.

They will be joined by Traci Johnson, wife of former NFL star Tiki Barber, who joins the group as a “friend of” the Housewives.

With just weeks until the season 12 premiere, Bravo released the cast’s sassy new taglines on Tuesday.

Mary Cosby reveals why she ditched the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 2 reunion.

In a new interview with the BroughChat Instagram account, Mary says she skipped the reunion because she didn’t want to be “beat up” by her castmates. She also didn’t want to be grilled over her controversies, including claims that her church is a “cult.”

“I did not go to the reunion because I was not about to sit there and be beat up from one side of the story and of the narrative,” Mary said on Tuesday.

She added, “They said that I shine during reunions, so they held it back from me, and they wanted me to go off at the reunion and answer all these one-sided questions that I didn’t even see coming, and I said, ‘I’m not doing it.’”

During season 2, several of the Salt Lake City Housewives brought up claims that Mary’s Faith Temple Pentecostal Church is a “cult” and that she manipulates her parishioners into giving her money to fund her luxury lifestyle.

“I never got a chance to express my side, to say no one even told me they were talking about me, no one even told me they called my church a cult,” she continued. “I found out on TV. I found out with you guys; no one ever told me none [sic] of that.”

She quipped, “No one had the guts to say it to my face, all these false allegations. How on earth am I a cult?”

Mary will most likely not be asked back for season 3 of RHOSLC, which will begin filming in the next several weeks.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.

Erika Jayne and NeNe Leakes are reportedly joining the season 3 cast of Celebrity Big Brother, which airs on CBS.

Bravo insider All Over Anthony was the first to report that the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG was rumored to be returning to the world of reality TV after making her grand exit in 2020.

“The streets are saying Nene Leakes is joining the cast of Celebrity Big Brother, which premieres on February 2, 2022. #RHOA #CBBUS3,” All Over Anthony shared.

Then Celebrity Big Brother insider Dan confirmed that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne was joining CBB.

“CONFIRMED: The sixth celebrity houseguest heading into Celebrity Big Brother is singer, television personality, and actress… Erika Jayne!” BBDetectiveDan announced.

Erika joining CBB is interesting, considering RHOBH is still filming season 12. The cast is slated to end filming in mid-to-late February. It’s unclear how Bravo will maneuver Erika filming CBB and RHOBH.

RHOC Mid-Season Trailer: Tensions Flare Between New and Old Housewives

There’s plenty of more drama to come on season 16 of the Real Housewives of Orange County.

The mid-season trailer kicks off with Emily Simpson telling her costars, “I’m talking, shut the f— up.”

Fans are already well aware of Noella Bergener’s relationship issues with her estranged husband, Sweet James. These issues continue to play out in the second part of the season; however, it turns out fellow newbie Jen Armstrong is also facing some marital woes of her own.

“Can you kiss me on the lips? Like we’re married?” Jen asks her husband, Ryan, before revealing to everyone in the next scene that “Ryan packed his bags and left last night.”

“I don’t know; I guess I’m just tired of being in this relationship,” she adds.

Meanwhile,  Shannon Beador and Gina Kirschenheiter are struggling to keep their budding friendship intact after vowing to try and be friends at the beginning of the season.

“There’s people in this group I will never be best friends with,” Shannon quips, adding, “Gina’s ego? Sorry, needs to put a little pin in it.”

“I’m going to promote myself because I like myself, you know who I don’t like now? Shannon,” Gina later tells Emily.

Gina isn’t the only costar Shannon is having issues with. It turns out Heather Dubrow has some major problems with Shannon and Noella that stem from the start of the season.

“We did make up, but I still don’t trust her,” she tells Gina.

Heather also doesn’t trust Noella at all, telling her,  “You are a liar and a thirsty girl, and I’m done.”

“Kind of shocked that you understand what thirsty means,” Noella fires back.

REPORT: RHOBH Shakeup Coming With Kris Jenner to Replace Lisa Rinna

Kris Jenner is ready to shake things up on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

The momager is reportedly plotting to snag a spot on Bravo’s Beverly Hills Housewives franchise even though her family’s new show is getting ready to premiere on Hulu.

“The buzz is she’ll come onto the next season as a friend of the cast. but will eventually replace Lisa Kinna,” an insider tells Life & Style. “It’s causing quite a stir among the ladies.”

It’s no secret that viewers have wanted Lisa gone for many years. In 2020 they started a Change.org petition to get the former soap star fired from the show over her “hateful” actions.

As for Kris, she has a massive fan base, plus she’s already good friends with OG Housewife Kyle Richards and her sister Kathy Hilton.

While Kris’ rep denies a stint on RHOBH is in her future, the insider insists Kris is ready to break out on her own.

“Of course, she’s excited about the family’s Hulu series and appearing on it, but Housewives is a whole different ball game,” notes the source.

Meanwhile, Lisa “is always nervous that she’ll be replaced or fired,” confesses the insider.

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.
