Several members of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast are speaking out after costar Jennie Nguyen’s controversial social media posts come to light.

Meredith Marks was the first to react to Jennie’s 2020 social media posts which included a bevy of controversial topics, including promoting “white lives matter” while condemning George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests.

“Vile,” Meredith wrote on Twitter.

A Bravo fan quickly called Meredith out for not saying more; however, Meredith clarified that she’s “not allowed” to say more “[right now].”

She adds: “I have a lot more to say about many things. And I will.”

Lisa Barlow then reassured RHOSLC fans that Jennie’s social media posts would “get addressed.” 

When fans questioned when it would be addressed as the RHOSLC season 2 reunion already filmed and the cast is currently filming season 3, Lisa said, “Before then.” 

Meredith Marks Calls Jennie Nguyen's Resurfaced Social Media Posts 'Vile' Plus Jen Shah and Lisa Barlow Speak Out

Finally, Jen Shah shared her thoughts on Jennie’s posts in a lengthy statement on Instagram.

“I RARELY BELIEVE WHAT I SEE OR HEAR ONLINE. I KNOW FIRSTHAND WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO BE JUDGED WITHOUT EVIDENCE OR AN ADMISSION OF GUILT,” Jen wrote.

“HOWEVER, SINCE MY RHOSLC CAST MEMBER HAS ADMITTED THAT SHE MADE THOSE HORRIBLE COMMENTS AND POSTS, I MUST NOW STAND UP, ON BEHALF OF MY HUSBAND AND SONS WHO ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN, TO SAY THAT I AM DEEPLY OFFENDED BY THE RACIALLY INSENSITIVE POSTS AND COMMENTS,” she continued.  “IT WAS INFURIATING TO SEE HER LIKE AND REPOST COMMENTS THAT MADE A MOCKERY OF AND SHOWED COMPLETE APATHY TOWARD THOSE KILLED MARCHING TO BRING AWARENESS TO THE DEEP-SEEDED SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUES THAT PLACE OUR COUNTRY.”

“I AM EQUALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE DISINGENUOUS APOLOGY THAT WAS ISSUED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE HAVE SOME REAL SH*T TO TALK ABOUT.”

Dorit Kemsley’s Husband PK Pays Off $2M Debt to Las Vegas Casino

Debt-free is the way to be!

Dorit Kemsley’s husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley, has settled a long-standing debt with the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, owners of the Las Vegas hotel reported to the court that PK paid off his $2.27 million debt. The court filing now reveals that the 2019 judgment against PK is now satisfied in full.

The Bellagio says their issues with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband is over and that their lawsuit against him is void.

This gambling debt has been hanging over PK’s head for years as he’s been working to pay off the $3.6 million casino market for nearly a decade.

In 2013, the casino sued PK for missing payments on a private payment plan they previously worked out. They claim PK paid $875k before filing bankruptcy in the United Kingdom.

While most of PK’s debts were discharged by the court, his casino losses were not covered.

Eventually, PK and the Bellagio settled, and PK began making monthly payments until 2018. The casino took PK to court and demanded that he pay the outstanding debt and even threatened to garnish PK’s wages.

With PK’s casino debt in the past, he and Dorit can focus on paying off their federal tax liens. The RHOBH couple reportedly owes $1.3 million in unpaid taxes.

RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in Spring 2022.

Katie Maloney Defends Lala Kent Against Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi’s ‘Cheater’ Claim

Katie Maloney has Lala Kent’s back!

The Vanderpump Rules OG came to Lala’s defense after Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghicalled Lala out for being a “cheater” during her relationship with ex Randall Emmett.

“It’s hard when people don’t really know enough about the situation,” Katie told Page Six. “You don’t really know what you’re saying here.”

Last week, GG, who is good friends with Randall, shared her feelings on their split in a rant on Twitter.

The Shahs of Sunset star called out Lala for cheating on Randall during their relationship, referring to Lala hooking up with her Vanderpump Rules c0star Ariana Madix.

“If I recall correctly, u were bragging about going down on your castmate & the timeline puts u in a relationship at that time. Cheater?” GG quipped.

She then added that Lala needs to have more “compassion” for Randall amid their split.

“Your personal business was made public by u & that allows pple [sic] to have an opinion,” she wrote. “MY opinion is that u should have a little more self-respect.”

However, Katie insists that no one ever considered Lala and Ariana’s hookup as cheating.

“We were all there in real-time for that and no one’s calling her a cheater for that,” she said.

As for Lala publicly discussing her split from Randall and airing their dirty laundry, Katie thinks that’s A-OK.

“That’s her choice. She can handle this however she wants to handle it,” Katie said. “Why [is GG] publicly speaking on something that has nothing to do with [her]? It’s a little weird to me.”

“It can feel very isolating and lonely when you feel blindsided and, completely out of left field, this person that you were with for so long is not the person that you thought that they were,” she continued.

Katie admits she cut off all contact with Randall after learning of his alleged infidelity. She also reveals that she warned Lala about the news after catching wind of the rumors about Randall.

“I got wind of it, and I was the one that called [Lala] to let her know. I just wanted her to know that she was loved and appreciated and that she’s amazing no matter what,” Katie recalled. “You just want to prop people up.”

Despite ups and downs in her life, Katie believes Lala is stronger without Randall in her life.

“She’s ready to take on the world!” Katie said.  “Obviously, it hasn’t been easy. But she is so tough. I’m proud of her for being strong for her and for Ocean.”

The two-part VPR reunion begins Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

Kyle Richards Unloads Bel Air Home For $6.1M After 5 Years on the Market

Bye-Bye, Bel Air!

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are saying goodbye to their former Bel Air home.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple sold their seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom Bel Air abode for $6.1 million.

Initally the home was put on the market for $7 million in 2017; however, the reality TV couple dropped the asking price to $6.495 just before the holiday season.

Despite the drop in asking price, Kyle and Mauricio are still set to profit from the sale. The couple purchased the home for $3.05 million in 2011.

The property is also known as the Milldale estate and boasts 6,200 square feet.

The amenities include a theater, pool, multipurpose sports court, putting green, and several gathering areas that boast an “elegant traditional-style” to make for the “ultimate entertainer’s home.”

Emily Simpson reveals that she saw the “red flags” in Vicki Gunvalson’s now-former relationship with Steve Lodge.

“I wasn’t surprised [about their split] just because when we were at her engagement party I remember talking to Vicki’s brother and her brother told me at the engagement party that they were never gonna get married and [Steve] wasn’t into her. So I was like, ‘Wow, that was a lot,’” Emily admitted on the January 18 episode of Us Weekly’s “Getting Real with the Housewives” podcast. “I felt like he was an opportunist and I think the red flags were there.”

Earlier this month, Steve announced his engagement to Janis Carlson, which comes three months after his split from Vicki.

Vicki quickly dubbed Steve a “fame whore [who] is all about staying relevant.”

Oddly enough Emily agrees with Vicki’s point of view.

“I just think Vicki wanted her love tank filled and she wanted it to work out and she wanted to see the best him,” Emily explained. “She thought they had a future together, but I think he was, you know, in it for the camera time or whatever, and then he moved on. So, you know, I feel badly for her.”

Despite her rocky relationship with the OG of the OC, Emily would like to see Vicki back on the Real Housewives of Orange County.

“I wouldn’t mind Vicki back on the show. I think Vicki’s good on the show,” Emily confessed. “I think she’s funny and I think she’s quirky and I think she says funny things and I think she does funny things and I think she’s good TV.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.

Within hours Jennie’s posts spread across social media like wildfire. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star issued a public statement after her controversial Facebook posts resurfaced.

“I want to acknowledge and apologize for my deleted Facebook posts from 2020 that resurfaced today. At the time, I thought I was speaking out against violence, but I have since learned how offensive and hurtful my words were. It’s why I deactivated that account more than a year ago and why I continue to try to learn about perspectives different from my own. I regret those posts and am sincerely sorry for the pain they caused,” Jennie wrote in a statement.

Mary Cosby reveals why she ditched the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 2 reunion.

In a new interview with the BroughChat Instagram account, Mary says she skipped the reunion because she didn’t want to be “beat up” by her castmates. She also didn’t want to be grilled over her controversies, including claims that her church is a “cult.”

“I did not go to the reunion because I was not about to sit there and be beat up from one side of the story and of the narrative,” Mary said on Tuesday.

She added, “They said that I shine during reunions, so they held it back from me, and they wanted me to go off at the reunion and answer all these one-sided questions that I didn’t even see coming, and I said, ‘I’m not doing it.’”

During season 2, several of the Salt Lake City Housewives brought up claims that Mary’s Faith Temple Pentecostal Church is a “cult” and that she manipulates her parishioners into giving her money to fund her luxury lifestyle.

“I never got a chance to express my side, to say no one even told me they were talking about me, no one even told me they called my church a cult,” she continued. “I found out on TV. I found out with you guys; no one ever told me none [sic] of that.”

She quipped, “No one had the guts to say it to my face, all these false allegations. How on earth am I a cult?”

Mary will most likely not be asked back for season 3 of RHOSLC, which will begin filming in the next several weeks.

Bravo insider All Over Anthony was the first to report that the Real Housewives of Atlanta OG was rumored to be returning to the world of reality TV after making her grand exit in 2020.

Then Celebrity Big Brother insider Dan confirmed that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne was joining CBB.
